Cyber City sounds like a real Megaman Battle Network town to be honest
All of chapter 2 feels like battle network for example the yellow soul and the plugboys looking like programs.
Lo and behold, Battle Network 6 takes place there.

You gotta be careful with how much weapon energy you use, Rude Buster's also quite useful against the DeluPipis.
