Using a metal tape measure is such a guy thing to do and made me burst with laughter! Another option for the neck measurements is to use string or a belt and then compare that length to the flat ruler.
Sorry for the delay, we just started taking care of our RUclips page. We do sell custom kilts and cover all customs and duty fees. The only fee is the FedEx Shipping to your address. Hope that helps! Cheers!
Sifting-through this series/and segments of videos is.. tedious. Surely, the company is reputable - albeit run by Yanks - and they offer quality and great Customer Service; but these "How-To" vids (especially the 'Measurement' ones) are... excruciatingly-slow; and are intended for someone who's NEVER considered how a shirt or jacket is constructed/or have never.. SEEN a shirt; or have never seen ANYONE measure before? And they utilise a METAL measuring tape. SURE: They make a cursory mention of cloth/Tailor's tapes, but then proceed to employ the Builder's Tape Measure throughout. It's jarring; and odd. #ProperToolForAProperJob, Lads. (Consider showing how ANY lengths of twine/string/ribbon can be used to wrap & mark for accurate measurements, THEN use the metal tape to transcribe the set of accurate measurements, on a sheet of paper. "So-easy, even a MAN can do it!" -- or not, apparently?)

Does your store sell custom tailored kilts? I would enjoy not having to pay overseas shipping. Haha.
For all kilt length measurement individuals, not just boys, kneel.
Use a string then measure the string. Lol
