Blastlantis is not good in squads. It's just go to the highest part of the map and stay there until the water rising gets you, and it is very hard to eliminate other people because of the map design. I think it's fine on solos but in squads it's just boring as heck

The sliding mechanic is really cool and has potential. Aside from that I don't particularly like the new maps. Speed slider is too linear with no challenges whatsoever. Puzzle Path is better than Door Dash, but it's not clear enough that there's a solution to which path to pick and alas you have more than half of the lobby thinking they gotta brute force it, often resulting in less people qualifying than possible. Hoop Chute again is too linear. Aside from the first jump there's no challenge so if this one comes up in squads with one player missing it's an insta loss because everyone will perform about the same. Blastlantis is one of the worst maps yet. There's nothing to it. You just stand in the middle platform and wait, no real obstacles whatsoever. And if you aren't playing solo this'll take very long until the water rises all the way up. Kraken Slam is ok. It's dumb that people need to grief and step on the marked platforms to get the game going, otherwise people can just stand still on the other half of the platforms and wait. Overall this Season's maps are wasted potential IMO and worse compared to Season 2's maps. That said, 3 out of Season 2's 7 maps were removed halfway through and the performance on the Switch kept getting more and more unplayable. So far the Switch Version seems to be more stable again so that's a plus (various bugs still exist like the hitboxes staying after someone qualified).
I have no idea how to beat the unlocked one for the quest because if it said do it every tuesday that means the event would already be over quite little mistake i might be wrong but just getting it out there i was replace it with everyday

Don't worry, the majority of players haven't figured it out either and think you gotta bruteforce it like Door Dash in the Warp Hole event. The solution is quite simple: from the middle star follow the line. If the line crosses with another line, keep following your line straight and ignore the other lines.

I also didn't know how the blocks worked but you go straight through it in the direction your line is facing. So I'm super good at it now.

@@Adri564style Well I forgot how many levels we got in the other seasons but 5 seems normal to the other ones. And yeah there's 2 slide races & I like them a lot but they need to add more obstacles in them cause they're way too easy. But I love they added the slides. I wish those levels were longer & had more harder obstacles. The puzzle one is frustrating to me now but I'll get the hang of it. The blast ball one is weird & you just have to stay away from other beans. The kracken is awesome. Overall I still love it but some criticisms are fair. Sorry you don't like it, idk what else to say. I hope they add 1-2 extra new levels this season with new variations too. I love the underwater atlantis theme so I'll definitely defend that. Medieval, Christmas, Jungle & this one are my favorite seasonal themes. Futuristic/space were the same so felt like a repeat. Original first season, party & free for all were so boring & just normal fall guys so I view those as not having a real theme.

Yeah how are we supposed to know which wormhole to go in? I have no idea besides just trial & error which is random so I fail to qualify a lot.

Why not? The underwater Atlantis stuff is exactly what I wanted. It's my favorite seasonal themes since the jungle theme.
