Unicorns at the Fantasy Fair

- My costuming work performed at All Hallows 2014. This was Alistair's (the demon unicorn's) first outing, performed by a friend of mine. To match Alistair better I made Isabelle some new clothes (it was nice to get out of my comfort zone and do some accessory work) and as usual she is performed by my younger sister.

Horses are the only animals that look good and natural in quad suits, while other animals can look good, horses definitely look best

Fennek wolves, not so much. I've seen one they have too much of a hunch in their back. It just looks weird

What beautiful creatures! These are such amazing suits! Quadsuits are something else. When you want to bring a creature to life, this is the way to go!

wow, they even move their ears! i should really consider becoming a quadruple fursuit maker, even tho i have literly none of the things required, from knowledge of engineering and sewing to the money or dedication. feels like a very rewarding and proud thing to spend my life on, AND i get to act like a cute puppy in a furry convention

Quad suits are so amazing, and those two are some of the best I've seen.
You preform beautifully in that costume. I would think that moving around in a quad would be tiring or difficult.
Fred Face that's why you add padding and support so you can technically lay down in the suit just mob your arms and legs but probably is tiring for your arms
It is. You can get very sore after wearing them for a while, since humans aren't meant to walk like that.
Your sister is probably the best quad suit preformer out there. She makes everything seem SO natural and perfect!!

they can be for halloween, iv seen plenty of people dress in fursuits on halloween. If someone wants to dress in a fursuit they can, there's no rules that says ppl can't dress like that on halloween.

man oh man, think of how in shape you have to be to do even like 2 minutes of that!! it is hard to picture there is a person in there. That is so amazing. I love it. God it must be so hot and sweaty too. Good job on the costumes and the performers.

the persons head in this costume is at the neck.
arms in the front legs (with arm stilts).
then back legs are persons legs. very uncomfortable to start with but after a while of holding the position you get used to it.
Wow ok, I figured out the stilts part but I was like wow your neck and back would be so uncomfortable.
Yeah but it's all fun and you forget about the pain
Hayley Aldon But you never forget the heat... Well actually it's a bit easy but that's due to a heat stroke in most cases, which is why water is key!

This halloween fantasy fair is in my home town and I got to see you guys that year. Though it was on the last day where you weren't in the full regalia but me and my friends did get some pictures.

I want to have a suit that I can use for both quad and anthro suit, and only have to change my 'gloves/arms' for a dragon. When he walks, I'd use the quad, when he sits and interacts or observes, he'd sit so he's be able to have full use of his arms. I'm trying to come up with ideas, but it's hard when you don't want to change his form too much as a suit.
Id love to get a horse quad suit for me. I could use it for alot of things. I would have a black horse with lovley red eyes. But quad suits are like 1,500 depending on if there are deposits.. Maybe ill ask my dad to find a site that makes quad suits.

I am going to save up the money for a quadsuit. Its a dream of mine
I'll just give you a warning... It's not likely to be that cheap (Especially if you mean USD). It's a great dream, but there are few makers that do quadsuits, and it'll take a lot of saving. But don't give up that dream, just... Keep logic around for saving up. And it may take a long while. But it can be pretty sweet if you actually get to that point! (Or if you're more cheap, try making it. Can be costly, but it's kinda fun and a lot cheaper than commissioning)
