Reminds me so much of the Judy Dyble version that I first heard on "The Young Persons Guide" way back in 1990 when I was 18 and lived in Shetland for a few months...brings it all back. Beautiful and sad!!!
Beautiful, I like the young people's version, the soprano sax was a nice touch which Mel would approve of, and of course the young lady's flute solo, even she doesn't have the wind as Ian, he would still be proud of her like if she were Judy Dyble's daughter
Hello from the the u.k. Doesn’t matter who covers this, every time I hear it it’s like the first time I heard it, when I was 14. A masterpiece, transports me to a good place! Take care everyone.
It is well done, indeed. A note for note reproduction of the great Ian MacDonald's original. When he plays it live now ( usually with Steve Hackett ex Genesis ) he has changed the solo substantially.
A lovely ballad. Pity about the blunder in verse #3 which briefly got muddled up with the chorus. However, the lady flautist was absolutely spot-on. A really talented individual and an absolute pleasure to listen to.
ALL THE EARLY KING CRIMSON SONGS IN E MINOR OR, IN E MAJOR MAKE ME THINK OF DARK CLOUDY SKIES AND ALLOT OF PEA SOUP HEAVY FOG. PARTICULLARLY WITH THE MELLETRONS. EXCEPT FOR THE DEVILS TRIANGLE WHICH MAKES ME THINK OF DRIVING INTO A WHITEOUT BLIZZARD IN THE MOUNTAINS AND GOING OFF THE ROAD AND OVER A CLIFF
The young lady on the flute ... wow! Talk about nailing it.
Amazing playing! Jusg wow
that's not a young lady, that's a woman❤
A great tribute to Ian McDonald. The girl on the flute caugth that feeling Ian McDonald gave this tune from his flute. I am very impressed.
WOOOW!! Best cover I've ever heard of this song.
I totally agree.
The woman and the drummer give a step higher to the all team. ❤️
Well done all! Every instrument deftly played. A delight to see a modern band breathe life into a beloved song. Thank you!
This Song has mesmerized me since I bought In the Court Of the Crimson King In 1969
That woman on flute really nailed down the solo. She got it right, note for note! It was so beautiful!

I’ve seen KC 4 times in NYC from 2014 to 2121. They NEVER played this. Very disappointing.

Beautifully performed! Nicely done Naama!
the flutist has the most faithful rendition of the flute solos i've heard on youtube and I've been searching for awhile.
Great cover of this beautiful song

This has over 3000 more hits than my version. I must be doing something wrong.
Maybe it's the flutist 😁
If that's you, I understand.
Help send me the score for this song for flûte traversiere
רגע זה בישראל??
Yofi!!!

2:05 mess up the lyrics
Just OK. Sloppy vocals at the start, improved with little passion towards the end. Young flutist carried the sleepy bandmates.
Wow that was awful. Low blood sugar levels?
Bass player sounds sick when he sings....Get rid of him
