If you have encounter the error message of:
You do not have permission to open the Application
Please execute this in the terminal
sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine [Arduino IDE location]
For example:
sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Arduino IDE.app
