Replacing the sock machine jacquard needle

1. Remove the two screws in the video, and then pull out the plug. Then take this part off.
2. Find the broken jacquard needle: Use pliers to first clip the jacquard needle in the lower half to the edge, pull up the upper spring, and then pull down the jacquard needle. (Note: There is a space between every two jacquard needles)
3. After taking out the jacquard needle, find the corresponding model, compare the new jacquard needle with the removed jacquard needle, cut off the unnecessary part, and leave the corresponding part
4. Install a new jacquard needle: bend the lower part of the jacquard needle, then slide it up along the groove, slide it to the position of the spring, pull out the spring and fix it, after the installation is completed
5. If the broken jacquard needle is on the other side, first put the lower steel ring back against it with pliers, and use the handwheel to shake it to the broken position of the jacquard needle.
