Peace Porter Hellooooo! And I’m so glad you found that tip helpful because it is my go to when traveling! The first time I traveled with a topper I had my friend hold it as I straightened it lol! But the tip @6:08 is a game changer!!!!
I get sooo nervous at airports about wearing my topper, so I usually just wear hair fiber when going through, then put on a hat on the flight. Thanks for the tips, especially about Iceland! I'll be going there in two weeks! Any suggestions on where to eat there? I wear a highline topper which I love, but I'm thinking of getting a synthetic lighter piece to wear up in ponys and up dos to travel in when exploring, hiking etc. Are you on Instagram? Sarah Cupp one thing I will say about Iceland, it’s not quite the culinary destination lol. Both times that I went we did a lot of exploring, driving for hours often in the middle of nowhere and a lot of restaurants would close early so we would eat wherever we could find something lol. I had amazing lamb there at a little hotel restaurant near the glacier lagoon. I’m sure you’ll come across lamb dishes. And I’m not a seafood/fish person but my friend said her fish/seafood dishes were amazing. I LOVE ICELAND it is sooooooo beautiful and inspiring I’m sure you’ll love it too. The most beautiful colors I have ever seen. My IG is @jenphotogrifer , I don’t post topper things there but I’d love to connect!
Sarah Cupp also regarding airports, if fibers is what you want to do of coarse go for it! But if you would rather wear your topper and don’t out of your fear, try to get yourself to wear it! For how many times I’ve done it across many airports I can honestly say the fear of something happening can be worse than actually walking though. It also helps that you don’t know these people and will probably never see them again. The TSA process alone can be nerve wreaking.. do you have any electronics? Batteries out! what’s in this pocket?! Shoes on! Shoes off! LIQUIDSSSS!! Lol So i totally get it. It’s all about confidence confidence confidence! For me it helps to project confidence because then I feel it within ❤️
Thanks for the tips! I know I need to overcome my fear of flying with my topper. I've worn toppers for 4 years and it's still nerve racking! I followed you on IG. I'm sarahcupp1973. I’ve been thinking of my tops like regular hair extensions.. it’s the new norm. I’ve never been able to get my Bella in a top bun.. can you do a tutorial on it? My top knots don’t feel secure enough, like it’s going to slide side to side
Charlie G I agree, the more I dove into the helper hair world the more I realized how common it is. I’m so excited for how normal and accepted it’s becoming. And yes I shall make a tutorial! I will say the scarf helped, I haven’t tried it without but I will experiment!
