I live in Ohio in Cincinnati area and I would highly recommend moving here so much to do museums king’s Island amusement park theater’s to live plays and really great restaurants oh, the over the Rhine market is fantastic.

States you don't want to live in, and I lived in several on the list. Low real estate cost, but mostly low wage jobs, poor healthcare, poor education systems, low incomes, lots of poverty, and lots of social dysfunction/drug issues in those states.

Kansas ! Tornado alley.. what’s the cost of home insurance protection ? Careful with job growth percentage’s . Alabama ! Hot and humid. This report doesn’t say anything about national inflation. **California is not a state to move into. Why ? Laws and mandates are impractical for affluent people and the unfortunate fact that open borders has caused higher crimes and less competitive jobs. Quality of life in California is low. ❤
