@@lew_7 it is not trust me, PBO should always be set to auto in the BIOS settings. So much disinformation on the 7800x3D with curve optimizer. If you under clock the cores, it is noticeably stuttering. Even if you go through the trouble of doing the absolute fully optimized path of using Aida 64 and testing what each core should be set at individually instead of across the board negative curve, so per core not all core curve.
@@lew_7 tarkov runs the best with PBO set to auto, the menu screen and traders is noticeably laggier with it off. Auto, automatically pushes the CPU further just a little when it’s needed. So when you’re traversing the menus quickly it will boost it or during loading maps is noticeably quicker. It will run up to 84 degrees however so just be weary of this, but is completely safe as that is its max temp and will throttle down once it hits that temp
do u still use pbo -20?
@@lew_7 no, I would mention it in the video if I was
@@lew_7 I don’t like using undervolting because it slows multitasking
@@apolloclipz great thanks for the response man. i’m trying to work out if it’s worth it for tarkov or not
