Thanks for providing a wonderful tour of Split. I am Croatian, having been born in the US. I still have family in Split and have visited Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik, Solta and Hvar.
I am excited to visit Croatia after seeing your videos. Congratulations!! I was without an idea where and when to go there. Now I know where to stay and when to go. Thank you so much for your amazing videos. I booked yet to stay in Zadar, Split and Dubronvik
I love such tips before visiting any place and therefore your video on Split is very informative. Good to know Split is safe city as I love safety first when going for traveling.
Great videos, well done. I am local and we have HUGE problem with drank tourists using small streets in Dioklecian Palace as toilet,as well as being very noisy, but unfortunately local people who are working in the morning can't sleep...At the moment whole town is upset as you can read in local newspaper and need to find solution. It will be great to include tips where are the public toilets in centre of Splitas some common sense of behaving.
I was in Split for the month of 2022 and loved it! My only complaint was the limited direct flights to other European cities. Most had connections and were very time consuming. I stayed a bit outside the old city but it was perfect. They consider May off season but it was great. You could see prices rise as you got closer to June, even the gelato would raise their prices!
Thanks. Trogir is a very nice little historic place, that is also a very popular summer destination. You can see it in few hours and you should have no problem finding an apartment there. Have fun!
Thank you so much for your videos they are very helpful. I going to Croatia for 1 week between 20-27th of June how many days do you recommend to be in Dubrovnik and how many days in split? Thanks again 🙏
Happy it helps. Here is my video how to cover Dubrovnik in 2 days ruclips.net/video/H-hImgEi2lM/видео.html. I would spent 2 days in Split and the rest in Dubrovnik. Or even better 3 days in Dubrovnik, 2 Days in Split and 2 days in Hvar Island as there is a ferry going from Split straight to Hvar town. I wish you a great trip
Try around Bacvice Beach or Firule Beach. They are both great beaches for families as the waters are shallow. Also walking around old town is nice for families, as the entire area is a pedestrian only zone.
I will be going by motorbike to Split & Dubrovnik. Is there any specific do or don`t for someone to find an accommodation with a motorbike? Thanks for your feedback.
Ride on costal road D8 and forget the highway. In Split you won't be able to enter inside the old town with bike as it is pedestrian zone only, but there are dedicated motorbike parking spaces on Riva (at the water front). For Split maybe it would be good idea to ask at accommodation about secure parking options as Split is the biggest city on Adriatic coast. There is also HD shop with cool local T-shirts. For Dubrovnik I believe there should be no problems at all as it is much smaller city. Again no entry in the old, walled town as it is pedestrian zone only. There are few bike parking places around the wall. But keep in mind that around the old town streets are steep so it could be a problem for parking a bike. I wish you the best bike trip and enjoy amazing roads.

is there a good area to stay for a family near the beach?

Is end of November good in split or boring?
With October things become a bit quiet around Split.
I will be going by motorbike to Split & Dubrovnik.
