Laparoscopic Tips for surgeon's knot; Thumbs up technique and more

How to perform double half knot (surgeon's knot) , especially 2nd half knot.
Thumbs up technique is useful but it has demerit (you should know)
If you want to get skillful, you should only use thumbs up in a pinch.
