I am referring to the famous bot case, that all those who used it probably knew that they would be banned but maybe not.. The problem in this project is clearly lack of communication and quick corrective actions. If you wanted to protect the users proactively, you could have made an announcement before any bot appearance guiding the users to avoid using it... The real question here is: How come your Team enabled external bot access to the game password generating servers at first place? And after that, why you did not plan to deploy a mechanism to ban any external bots at first place? You should also have a filtering mechanism in place that could filter all in excess keys acquired from users that used the bot and count just the keys acquired from the same users that actually played the game, and then distribute the share to each user in a fair manner! If you want to build trust in your project you need to act quickly upon any gaps found from your side and improve your communication type. SHAME ON YOU HAMSTER TEAM 😡😡😡😡
