I really loved how you broke this down! Their music can have both an ethereal and haunting sound at the same time. I know a lot of their influences come from the 1930s-1950s (as well as more current musicians from the past thirty decades) so I wonder if this adds to that sound they have
I think it does!
I know very little about music. However, as a consumer, I think this song is quite "mature" in its music and arrangements. These two ladies performed it so impressively!
Mature is a great description. Their talent and vocal arrangements are so intricate and different from your standard pop songs.

Just wanted to point out Halle started out the song and then Chloe came in to harmonized based on where you first started. I agree both women have amazing voices.

Wow, this was very informative and in a way different from other reactions I’ve heard (not that I’ve watched THAT many). I liked that you sung a bit to describe the terminology that you were referring to and when you rewinded the video to point out what you were talking about. Also, it was nice to hear different lingo being used that I was not familiar with (as I’m not a singer) and you took the time to explain them.

i love watching these kinds of videos to understand exactly *what* i like about songs. i’m a horrible singer and i dont know enough about technique to be able to put words to what singers are doing with their voices and the effects that that creates. i can say that “i like the vibe of the song” but i need to watch videos from vocal experts to understand how that vibe is created. long story short, thank you for the video and i hope you do more ChloexHalle

Hey do you think to achieve certain notes as a singer its good to be trained in a classical or soap opera way first ? Im a singer but ik that as ive got older because of being a lazy singer unintentionally that my range is not as strong and as precise especially the pronunciations .
Halle sand first, Chloe is the older sister, she sang 2nd.
