Don’t drive yourself mad trying to get some fancy team make sure you get the heroes you actually enjoy playing with. I’m level 295 chapter 28 with no ascended celestial or hypogean. You’ll be fine.
Yea, that’s true. I am also level 295 and on chapter 27. I run a 5* Belinda, 5* Lucious, 5* Shemira, 2* Thane, and an ascended Rowan, all with T2 gear. As soon as I got all of them, I’ve literally only used that team since.

One thing worth noting about the gifts from the inn: The amount you get varies with the color of the chest you pick! So only choose the red ones, or whichever highest you have access too.
@@adgato75 You dont need to make friends to any high level players. Just joining a guild, and the guild members also show up in Oak's Inn and give you chests per day.
Woulda been a nice aside to the free diamonds from the community links in settings! Clicking RUclips/discord/etc will give 50 each. found it by scrolling thru campaign quests :D
Red emblems/chests are the rarest material in game always get them from the events even if you're desperate for heroes you'll get the hero eventually but you won't get the red chests and when you upgrade a hero past 20+ sig make sure it's a good hero So in any given event always go for red chests or if there's a limited item that you like a skin or a frame anything else is worthless and you'll get eventually
My advice is to join a social guild. Being in a guild with people who actually talk and help has really been the best decision I have made while playing. Plus they'll be good for the Abyssal Expeditions.
I've been getting more into playing AFK Arena recently after a year, and this helps me a lot! I usually was just randomly doing things without really knowing what it did or what it cost me. Thank you for making a guide!
Another tip you should follow: On a new account, enter all diamond codes that are not expired and continue playing as you normally wpuld. DO NOT use diamonds for summons until you have enough for 100x summons. Doing big pulls like that (10x one after another for 10+ times) for some reason results in WAY more meta heroes and is (obviously) MUCH, MUCH more efficient long term. Just did it on my two new alt accounts and got 21/100 (including 5 copies of Shemira and 4 copies of Tasi) on one account and 27/100 (including 3 copies of Ferael, 4 copies of Eironn and 2 copies of Diamon) on other acc... Both accounts are only a few days old and I already basically have late game teams already built and ready.

Moody it’s not, I don’t get an elite every 3rd pull or every 3rd 10 pull. I summoned 60 heroes with no elite. The only one I got was from the reward you get for doing summons and I don’t always get that reward. Sometimes it’s the things you use to upgrade sig items

Guild store mythic gear point: Specifically , the dimensional gear : IF you have any dimensional heroes, or plan on getting them, ALWAYS buy this gear when it appears. Cause it only appears very occasionally , and it only spawns in that one shop slot, and it does not roll randomly on regular mythic gear drops.
For most players during early game, you'll have a shemira and shell probably be pretty well built. Once you pass Chapter 24, she'll drop of and won't be as useful anymore. You'll get the swap scroll once you pass chapter 24, use the swap scroll on her and trade her for either izold or saurus.
This content is 2+ years old when I first watched and it is still relevant in preventing a lot of new player mistakes. I made the mistake of creating a bunch of legendary heroes for multiple factions instead of focusing on one to ascended.
Never summon one's Always 10 Don't buy equipments until mythic pops up in the store Buy only celistical and hypogen from the tournaments store Do labyrinth always and buy shemira always as a start And most important NEVER DISLIKE VOLKIN VIDEOS 😂

Oak Inn gifts/presents - the red ones are the best, and spawn from high level players. So make friends with high level player accounts for 3 red chests per day. Also, the chests spawn after the OTHER player visits his Inn. So if you don't have 3 red gifts available ( like after reset ) , check back later - don't take blue or purple gifts.
I’ve been playing since the game first came out. Many of these features weren’t even out then, lol. But still, I could have used this advice back then! My #1 advice to new players is be careful with your diamonds. When you start, you get SO MANY, because of increasing levels faster. BUT that won’t last forever. So be careful how you spend those diamonds, save them up.
Oh I remember the day I fed a L+ Isabella (way before her buff) to upgrade Shemira Now their both at 5* so it's happy days, but even experienced players have made some of the mistakes you mentioned!

new players please do not star gaze until late chapters i would say chapter 21+ the reason why i’m saying this as a f2p (i have ascended talene on chapter 27) is to make you regret it. yes they are godly god but you need core heroes in the later chapters and spending 5k diamonds is not good when you don’t get anything good. please take this advice and build your core team first

I suggest doing research on heroes. Any elite heroes that aren’t ascended are fodder, how ever can be used like Arden and Vedan. Also, for F2P players, there are some ascended tier heroes that aren’t good at all really at any point in the game. I suggest using them for food, but only in tight spots when you kinda need food to make a big jump with a strong hero. I did that, and sacrificed I’d say around 10 elite cards, give or take a few. How ever that allowed me to ascend heroes that were very strong carries, allowing me to progress further, faster and was able to make more pills quicker, basically making up for the ones I had lost. Rather than being stuck at the same few stages for weeks.
- Always save diamonds and scrolls for a 10-pull in the tavern - Don't worry so much about feeding ascended tier heroes anymore, since getting copies of a desired hero has never been easier with the field of stars, but obviously use some discretion. - Participate in any events that you can, do your daily and weekly quests,
I can honestly hold my hands up and say Yes I'm guilty of all those mistakes, only because I didn't know any better, but now watching this video I'm gonna try and rectify those mistakes.
With the bad heroes you might be temped to make fodder, save them to build so you can link a dimensional hero to them. It isn't a waste to have bad ascended heroes then. Also choose wisely whose signature item you upgrade, don't just do Shem's because she is your carry you will regret it later on when you want to do someone useful late game like Rowan or Eironn.
I didn’t know the first stargaze was “guaranteed” but I really needed a single nemora so I stargazed for her and then wasted so much on Athalia instead of twins or Talene.
I got a new tipp for you, for stargazing. I found it out my self, and it works from about 5 tries i get 3 times the wanted hero. I always wait until the the word you see come 2 times, then i let out. Sry english is not my mother language. So for example, the word Mood comes 2 times, with no other word between, i let out. And i really get my hero so often now. Before i often need 5 to 6 times to get my hero, that means 50 to 60 stargaze cards. I hope you understand me, i wish you many luck.
The Oak Inn can be unlocked from 1 ascended hero and you "must" begin chapter 18, to be able to access that feature you won't really be in the early game at all.
I gazed a single Ezihz when I was one copy away from ascending him and dimensional were out and I needed to exchange currency for them and didn’t want to wait another month for him!

Ty for the info. I was popping the dust every couple days. At first I wasn't using them but then one day there was a currency of some sort (not sure if dust) and it wouldn't let me save anymore. So I figured there was a limit. Since then I just started popping them. Maybe it was a bug? I'll never know.

There's also farming mythic items. If you can't beat a level just keep trying and if it takes more than 3 days to beat it, once you do beat it, the game will sometimes give you mythic gear. So even for a stage you can beat you can hold off on actually finishing the level by getting out of the fight and wait 3 days for a mythic item. But it doesn't always work
for every new player do u want ez way to beat every thing and never lose and its cost nothing just build a chess ball or (thoran) only mistyc better 30sig item +kultar +1athalia copy +nara +eiron its take a bit of time but trust u will never lose until the chap 99
Man a big mistake I had as a newbie was when I got Stargaze tickets, I'd do single pulls. Now that did get me 3 copies of Mehira, but I've always had much better luck on 10 pulls.
When I first started getting my stargaze tickets I spent it on my Lucius BIG MISTAKE I could have stargazed for talene and I regret it cuz I got 2 Lucius from that pull so never put non cel/hypo hero’s on stargaze!
I got so many of the owl mauler hero I thought it was a common like I’m talking hundreds of him so I used him as trash upgrade and I recently found out he’s an ascended hero and I haven’t gotten any copies of him anymore 😆 I’m seriously talking in every 10 summon I’d get him.
I had put Brutus in stargazing because I desperately needed another copy of him and it seemed the fastest way to obtain it. Luckily I was unlucky: I spent 10 stargazer cards and it just gave me shit. Now I changed him for Talene 😂 Some of these mistakes seem obvious but when you are new you simply don't think about it.
Pro tip: Thane is absolute beast (unpopular opinion). He carried me to Chapter 26, massive damage and very elusive, but extremely squishy, so you need to be careful where you put him. But other than that, hard carry!
as u said most of ppl ll put shumira for last pick so here is my tip dont lvlup Shumira Signature Item , its not worth , she ll drop after chapter 25-26 :) keep red chests for rowan/tailyn/twins or other carry u ll learn to use after this chap 25 ;p

I saw Hong Sheng Tan suggesting Volkin get his own characters and I thought, why not MAKE him a character? Volkin the kangaroo! He can pull different items out of his pouch (wait, would a male kangaroo have a pouch). That would be awesome. Would probably have to be a Wilder.
And here i am at chapter 29, with my 4 lightbears legend+.4 wilders legend+, 3 graveborn legend+. The thing is, you will eventually get them all to ascended, but it will just slow you down xD In a week or so i may get one of each faction to myhic, but till i get the food again to make them mythic+, will be a while xD

My biggest mistake was not finding out certin herons cant go past 160 in the early game. I have accidentally fed heros with ascended potential into heros with the 160 cap. Currently I am struggling as one of my mains is at the 160 cap and I have no ascended hero to replace him. Story time! I fell in love with a hero only to find out they can't be leveled up past 160 :(. Her name is slivina and she will always have a special place in my heart. When it was finally time to part with her I fed her into daimon. It was the right thing to do. He is my new favorite, partly because (as stupid as is sounds) slivina will forever be a part of him. Daimon and his mom Shemira are my two power houses. Originally I wanted to have the whole forsaken family as a part of my go to party but the father Niru can't go past level 160. So I let daimon mom eat his dad and I will forever find that funny. If you're wondering why I'm saying "mom" and "dad" you should check out some of the lore, its actually really interesting.

Also, for F2P players, there are some ascended tier heroes that aren’t good at all really at any point in the game. I suggest using them for food, but only in tight spots when you kinda need food to make a big jump with a strong hero. I did that, and sacrificed I’d say around 10 elite cards, give or take a few. How ever that allowed me to ascend heroes that were very strong carries, allowing me to progress further, faster and was able to make more pills quicker, basically making up for the ones I had lost. Rather than being stuck at the same few stages for weeks.
- Always save diamonds and scrolls for a 10-pull in the tavern
- Don't worry so much about feeding ascended tier heroes anymore, since getting copies of a desired hero has never been easier with the field of stars, but obviously use some discretion.
- Participate in any events that you can, do your daily and weekly quests,
I agree, most new players forget to like and subscribe to Volkin Games, and as a result unintentionally do a lot of mistakes😂
I can honestly hold my hands up and say Yes I'm guilty of all those mistakes, only because I didn't know any better, but now watching this video I'm gonna try and rectify those mistakes.
With the bad heroes you might be temped to make fodder, save them to build so you can link a dimensional hero to them. It isn't a waste to have bad ascended heroes then.
Also choose wisely whose signature item you upgrade, don't just do Shem's because she is your carry you will regret it later on when you want to do someone useful late game like Rowan or Eironn.
I didn’t know the first stargaze was “guaranteed” but I really needed a single nemora so I stargazed for her and then wasted so much on Athalia instead of twins or Talene.

I got a new tipp for you, for stargazing.
I found it out my self, and it works from about 5 tries i get 3 times the wanted hero.
I always wait until the the word you see come 2 times, then i let out.
Sry english is not my mother language.
So for example, the word Mood comes 2 times, with no other word between, i let out.
And i really get my hero so often now.
Before i often need 5 to 6 times to get my hero, that means 50 to 60 stargaze cards.

The Oak Inn can be unlocked from 1 ascended hero and you "must" begin chapter 18, to be able to access that feature you won't really be in the early game at all.
You forgot the biggest part, redemption codes, you can get soooooo much rewards from them, you can literally do a whole summon session with them. Lol
And where can you get them from?
Since it was the first thing you pointed out, if no one in your friends listor guild has access to that Hotel thing, you can't gain any gifts from it.
Tip for newbie, just focus on making shemira fully ascended. Congrats, you beat the game.
I'd argue Ezizh is pretty good to stargaze if you miss him. then you have more challenger coins for Flora/Athalia and red emblems.
I gazed a single Ezihz when I was one copy away from ascending him and dimensional were out and I needed to exchange currency for them and didn’t want to wait another month for him!

Ty for the info. I was popping the dust every couple days. At first I wasn't using them but then one day there was a currency of some sort (not sure if dust) and it wouldn't let me save anymore. So I figured there was a limit. Since then I just started popping them. Maybe it was a bug? I'll never know.

There's also farming mythic items. If you can't beat a level just keep trying and if it takes more than 3 days to beat it, once you do beat it, the game will sometimes give you mythic gear. So even for a stage you can beat you can hold off on actually finishing the level by getting out of the fight and wait 3 days for a mythic item. But it doesn't always work
You can do it after one day sometimes even after couple hours. 👍
for every new player do u want ez way to beat every thing and never lose and its cost nothing just build a chess ball or (thoran) only mistyc better 30sig item +kultar +1athalia copy +nara +eiron its take a bit of time but trust u will never lose until the chap 99

Man a big mistake I had as a newbie was when I got Stargaze tickets, I'd do single pulls. Now that did get me 3 copies of Mehira, but I've always had much better luck on 10 pulls.

When I first started getting my stargaze tickets I spent it on my Lucius BIG MISTAKE I could have stargazed for talene and I regret it cuz I got 2 Lucius from that pull so never put non cel/hypo hero’s on stargaze!
I got so many of the owl mauler hero I thought it was a common like I’m talking hundreds of him so I used him as trash upgrade and I recently found out he’s an ascended hero and I haven’t gotten any copies of him anymore 😆 I’m seriously talking in every 10 summon I’d get him.
I had put Brutus in stargazing because I desperately needed another copy of him and it seemed the fastest way to obtain it. Luckily I was unlucky: I spent 10 stargazer cards and it just gave me shit. Now I changed him for Talene

Some of these mistakes seem obvious but when you are new you simply don't think about it.
Pro tip: Thane is absolute beast (unpopular opinion). He carried me to Chapter 26, massive damage and very elusive, but extremely squishy, so you need to be careful where you put him. But other than that, hard carry!
There are so many better options than him dude. It is not a protip
I would mention that you need to buy Arthur 4 times to be able to use it (since you only get 15 shards for 60k token and you need 60 shards)
as u said most of ppl ll put shumira for last pick so here is my tip dont lvlup Shumira Signature Item , its not worth , she ll drop after chapter 25-26 :)
keep red chests for rowan/tailyn/twins or other carry u ll learn to use after this chap 25 ;p

I wouldn't follow that advice that say to not use diamonds for stargazing. It depends. There's a moment when you have all the heroes you need at ascended. Well, it's time to hunt for overpowered celepogeans!
I saw Hong Sheng Tan suggesting Volkin get his own characters and I thought, why not MAKE him a character? Volkin the kangaroo! He can pull different items out of his pouch (wait, would a male kangaroo have a pouch). That would be awesome. Would probably have to be a Wilder.
And here i am at chapter 29, with my 4 lightbears legend+.4 wilders legend+, 3 graveborn legend+. The thing is, you will eventually get them all to ascended, but it will just slow you down xD In a week or so i may get one of each faction to myhic, but till i get the food again to make them mythic+, will be a while xD

My biggest mistake was not finding out certin herons cant go past 160 in the early game. I have accidentally fed heros with ascended potential into heros with the 160 cap. Currently I am struggling as one of my mains is at the 160 cap and I have no ascended hero to replace him.
Story time!
I fell in love with a hero only to find out they can't be leveled up past 160 :(. Her name is slivina and she will always have a special place in my heart. When it was finally time to part with her I fed her into daimon. It was the right thing to do. He is my new favorite, partly because (as stupid as is sounds) slivina will forever be a part of him. Daimon and his mom Shemira are my two power houses. Originally I wanted to have the whole forsaken family as a part of my go to party but the father Niru can't go past level 160. So I let daimon mom eat his dad and I will forever find that funny.
