To be fair to Sharon she had a high level of courage saying that to grant whose on delivery of that news was probably the last thing he wanted to hear and would surly see him off. Both great actors. Well done to the bbc for turning this show into a pantomime for children.
This makes me laugh Den Watts always loved his daughter Sharon more than anyone, and yes I get that he had to leave her and flee to Spain in 1989 but Sharon was his princess I am sure he would have had someone keep an eye on her and fill him in on anything. I am sure if that was the case and he got word about what Grant was doing to Sharon and The Vic he would be back over like a shot to sort Grant out or get someone to sort him out.
STEJTHEGREATEST Den wouldn’t have had a physical fight with Grant, coz Grant would have smashed him. The difference between Den and Grant, Den was mentally harder, he used his brain to deal with his enemies, he never had to get physical, he just dealt with them by playing games. Whereas Grant was physically harder. Dealt with his enemies with his fists, Grant never thought about his actions but Den did. Both great characters.
