Don't feel too bad... #1) My flight helmet was a 'Nam era design (1988) that held our *gen 1 nvg's* on with velcro straps (don't know how my pilots flew with them)-- My counter weight was about six or seven duct taped rolls of pennies, ALSO velcroed to the back Which led to #2) some serious "hot spots" and neck pain after a several hour long mission-- Bought a foam pad for that, but it only made it a little better But? It looked freak'in cool... Lol

Was the Team Wendy SAR helmet in Orange ever a consideration ?
I wish TW offered the LTP in orange or they offered a full rail for the SAR.

😂. Shots fired! That is exactly how we feel with it on too. I’ve changed flight vests 4 times, aircraft 4 times and yet wear the same crappy helmet. 😑
