  • Kentucky men's basketball clobbered Canada 93-69 on Thursday night to secure a spot in the gold medal game of the GLOBL Jam event in Toronto.
Antonio Reeves dropped a game-high 23 points, but some of UK's highly-touted freshmen stuffed the stat sheet. Reed Sheppard posted 14 points, 4 assists, 4 steals and 2 rebounds. Justin Edwards racked up 16 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Rob Dillingham had nine assists and just one turnover in just about 19 minutes.

This feels like a Kentucky team right here, once the season starts and Kentucky gets their 7 footers back, this team is gonna be scary!

Does anyone else get 2017-18 Villanova vibes from this team? The way they pass the ball, shoot the 3 and play together looks eerily similar to that nova squad with devincino.

If UK plays like they did in this game the whole season, or at least in the tourney, we're hangin a banner.

I respect going to blue bloods, but if I was a 5 star, I’m taking advantage of that and going to a school where I have the complete green light. Get those stats

That is the type of attitude that would hurt you more than benefit you. When you could go to a program where you will be going up against the best every day in practice and improve your game. When you win games you get noticed more. If you go to a school like liberty for example and you are the main PC, and you may be getting more stats but are you winning? Are you improving your game? That's why these kids go to the best schools.

what’s gonna take Rob from being a 2nd rounder to a fs 1st rounder is him being able to get to his spots quick and getting his teammates involved. He takes too many dribbles just to not go anywhere.this ain’t ote no mo. hope he kills this yr for us.
