I love mulch, definitely helps with weed control and also water retention. I personally don't spray anything in my garden as I try to garden as organically as possible, but I'm sure spraying is mord time efficient then pulling weeds. Great tips anyways 👌 👍
Hi Andrea Wow your hearty hibiscus is LARGE when. Did yours break the ground? I'm in North East Ohio growing zone 6B. Been checking every day. This week going to be in the 70s and one day in the 80s.r
Our Hibiscus is really taking off fast this month. Id say May 1st is when I really noticed it come up. Ill post an update of it as it grows. Im videoing its growth. Its atleast a couple feet tall already. I suppose yours breaks ground a bit later than ours here in OK. Its been raining A LOT and these hot sunny humid days are really going to make it explode!
@@favoritehobbygardenerOKLAHOMA thanks for your input. My canon. Camera bit the dust it's 20 years old. Love watching your channel I'm new to this garding thing. There is always something going haywire. Aphids running amok in the house. Been using neem oil for plants plus little dawn.
