Just imagine the amount of stuff he got away with throughout his life
Honestly how do you get caught in 83 that was pre cell phones and very very grainy footage
BINGO he did way more and worse no doubt 🫡🇺🇸
4 sure ...thats only what he got caught for...who knows what he's got up to....scary..
I always wonder that too. It's like the TCaP vids, where the predators ALWAYS claim it's their first time and that they've never even thought about underage girls before. The ratio has got to be at least 2 crimes for every 1 they get caught for.
@@lelans2011lmao could literally get away with murder back then lol 😂
I am over 50, and this guy was committing crimes before I was born
I'm 51😅
Felonies
@@kendellsmith104You don't go to the joint for misdemeanors 😂
Damn. 😢
Defendant: Your honor, I'm an old man, I can't do 25 years
Judge: That's okay. You don't have to. Just do what you can of it.
😂😂
Right, lol????
😂😂 rotfflmfao! 😂😂
😂😂
😆😆Just do your very best ohhh good grief 🤣🤣
Dude been in and out his whole life he's basically just going back home.
Already used up both arms, have to go above the collar line for all his new ink
What's really important is, in 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire the A Team
Amen
You can find them on reruns 👌
I never knew they were on crack 😮
🤣 I used to skip my first class of the day on tuesdays in high school to stay home and watch the a-team in the morning.
@@93FilmsandMedia "crack" in this context means "exceptionally competent/talented"
Damn when the judge starts talking about charges that are 40 years old you know you get ready for the smoke fest
Yeah completely blind because of the smoke 😅
Really 50 years going back to '73 assuming he was 18 at the time he is in his late 60's already
Took a woman and two little kids hostage with a knife? fuck that guy so messed up
Cruel
@@jamessharpe6699 hell yeah. I mean, I was waiting to hear how he got a D-one tine on a math test in sixth grade and talked back to his mom in eighth grade. Dang
I have to give the public defender props for doing just about as much as possible with the material he had to work with.
He looks and acts like a total slob!
He looks and acts like a total slob!
He looks and acts like a total slob!
Something I always appreciate about Judge Stevens, he always thinks of what the victims had to go through.
This guy is a menace to society. He's just a dang criminal all day since he could walk.
Yep, and he’s had a long time to practice.
He should be retiring from his job and thinking of his retirement. Instead, he’s going to have something like that, but way worse, with thousands of his new best friends.
And these are the guys that they release back to society...
If he makes it to 90 years old, he will have spent 55 of his 90 years in prison, which is over half of his life in prison. Wow! What a waste of a life.😮
I don't think anyone this guy is related to or anyone who have known him throughout his life, have ever accused him of being particularly smart.
"Hemmed up at Woodstock" 😂😂😂
Really gets the imagination going...
I mean, he's old enough, maybe he was at Woodstock! Many people traveled across state lines to attend that festival!
Woodstock 99
He’s blaming the drugs. He sure didn’t try to kidnap a dude. He knew exactly what he was doing.
Well the 7 year old was a dude
Meth will put you on another planet, it’s not justified , but it’s like someone drinking and getting a dui, it’s what it does to our fragile flesh
Life on an installment plan
it sure is
Don't worry you got the easy-pay program
This guy just got sent home. He took it like a trooper.
I thought his public Pretender was falling asleep, but he wasn't, and when he did come alive he did a great job, I also thought it was Stephen King standing there for a minute!!!! 😂
Yeah the PD did a pretty good job, too bad this guy threw it all away with drugs. IDK how you could say all that with a straight face, but god bless the PDs. Defendant is about the same age of the judge it's weird how they're two vastly different outcomes life-wise.
This guy is a one man crime wave...😅
A decade ago, I took a psychology statistics class, and I learned that on average kidnapping someone carries a longer prison sentence than straight up murder. I'm not surprised at all because 40 years being on the table is no joke.
You can justify a murder, hard to justify a kidnapping
Ive seen cases in California where people only got 2yrs for kidnapping smdh
"My court appointment lawyer told me "hope for the best, expect he worst.""... truest thing my public defender ever told me.
Your commentary had me laughing today on this video, Josh. 😂😂 that man is 65 years old and too old to be doing meth and committing crimes.
So frustrating to see guys like this gets all sorts of opportunities in life, while other people get discarded at the first infraction. Life is nothing but random chaos.
randomness = order + chaos. I see what you're saying.
@brolysadvocate Haha, yeah. Honestly though, I should've put "meaningless chaos" but I don't like editing comments. I was just caught up in the moment watching this idiot defendant fumble around with his words and rap sheet.
Not random. It's by design. Their goal is to create a many criminals as possible because they make money from everyone in jail.
Not by design, but by American cowardice and laziness. A country us exactly what the people allows it to be. If you just sit around with opinions, it's free for all. You let this happen. It wasn't forced upon you.
@@Peter-h6n1b I take it you were responding to poster above you?
Thank you for all your work. It is always unbiased and straight to the point. Cont success.
thank you for noticing my friend
The life sentence of that 7 year old he tried kidnapping is longer than what this guy will serve. She will never be the same.
@Lisa_Bailey : Exactly. Garbage 🗑️😔.
Going through a tough day. Grandma hid my weed so I hid her wheel chair. Ain't nobody rolling shit around here today.

YOOOO FRESH SMOKE LIKE A TEXAS BRISKET!!
Aye just getting off my night shift to see my boy Lockdown 23-1 posted something for us early birds. You the man
I have tons of "misdo's", and a few felonies...! I'm glad I'm sober now...!!!
Please stay sober and don't be afraid to seek support groups. Knowing you're not alone helps a lot more than people think.
@victoriahope8371 I'm 85+ months sober now from a 22+ year long heroin addiction... I'm never going back...!!!
Same man.. I was just thinking the only way I ever do something that leads prison is if I got back to drinking and Xanax. Over 1 year sober. We got this
While I was using for over a decade I never managed to get any misdos or felonies even tho I was always getting caught up with the police lol. Glad I'm coming up on 4 years sober now.
@NickyBlue99 Rock on...! Keep up your awesomeness...!
Congrats to you. Almost 1 million. Great channel
I'm glad you posted. Am in a hard way so its nice to try and take my mind off it for a while.
look at the glass half full my friend stay up
I might have to put my cat down tomorrow so its hard to be optimistic but I appreciate you. Thank you.
@GatesoftheNephilim I lost my best friend Lucy the star of this show...and now a piece of my heart is gone. So your right it's impossible for me as well to be optimistic when thinking of her being gone. My heart goes out to you and anyone losing a pet or aka family member.
@@lockdown23and1 I remember when you lost Lucy. My heart broke for you. Thanks for being there man.
Thats the worst man.. i lost a couple good cats to a relationship ending due to fentanyl.. but now im a yr clean and i got my kid everyday.. and a couple new awesome cats lol.. it will get better. Its hard.. but it gets better. Can always be worse if you go f**kin everything off and rackin up charges!
Judge: “you’ve got a RICH criminal history here.” Oh man there might be so much smoke with this one it’d start a full on bonfire!
That was definitely a good move by the public defender, stopping what he was saying to check with the judge to make sure that was before he practiced law as well😂
His Public Defender put in a great effort, but his client had too many law violations to be given a shorter term.
In Texas aggravated crime convictions are not considered for parole . It is a day for day conviction .
Do you mean they have to serve the whole sentence?
@ 25 years to the day on this video is what he will serve.
Wow. Did not know that.
He doesn't like it out hear,he wants to go home, the judge was more than happy to accommodate him
Been watching you since I did my 3 year sentence getting indicted for intent to distribute. Haven’t watched many videos lately but getting shop ready to open this morning and wanted to let you know Since I’ve been out I started a smoke shop and shoe store. Your videos have helped me along the way boss. Just remember prison/jail don’t stop your hustle! Keep going!!
thats a fact love to hear this STAY FREE my friend
I got goosebumps from reading this ... keep it up!
I also did a 3 year bit back in 2016-17 in Oklahoma. I been on the “legal” hustle, doing everything right ever since.
Man got a wealth of criminal history.
When that public pretender was trying to get him probation was hilarious. The way the judge was looking at him like he wanted to laugh. The guy's history got him "life". Goodbye to another career criminal.
I spent 1 day in jail in 1987 for stealing and decided that, that life is not the life for me. Joined the USMC in 1988, That was back in the day when a judge would tell you "Do 4 years in prison or 4 years in the military". Well, I did 20yrs in the military, retired, got a degree and became a teacher. I've been to every continent except Antarctica and travelled most of the world.
Jail can make you change your life or make you live that life. Guess he likes living that life of no freedom behind 3 walls and a door...
Absolutely right sir thank you for your service l got my shit together sharp too 🇬🇧🇺🇸👍
God bless you , Mando...
Where's the coffee? WHERE IS THE COFFEE!

Great episode ole death. IDEA: review scenes from prison movies and tell us it it’s billshirt or realistic?
That's a good idea
I'd watch.
Yessss dude!!!
What in Hell a 25 year cap, he could do anything he wanted and no matter what he would only have to do 25 year's. He should have been able to get life with no parole.
Reminds me of a guy that for 15 year max sentence for killing 600+ people becauase the country had 15 yr max and no death penalty.
Hes free today
@reaperjuggie1746 bring back the Death penalty.
Never a good sign when the Judge is stuttering while reading your charges lmao 🤣 Dude bout to get all the SMOKE
Legend and great content
How the hell does someone commit over 70 different crimes and still on the street to kidnap someone even though over 60 were misdemeanor crimes and 8 felony convictions so he was born in 1959-1960 his first crime that he was convicted of in 1973 when he was was 13-14 and all these crimes happened obviously when he was out of jail I just can't believe the amount of crimes he committed considering probably half his life he was in custody
I was born in 73 he was busy getting paper
And these are just the crimes he was convicted of, I’m sure that there is another 100 or more that he got away with 🤷🏽♂️
I LOVE the fact that you have changed your life, but can give a great prospective on many of these cases! Great vids❤
"This guy is a true, authentic, one hundred percent, blue American jail bird". 😂😂😂
But the way the old judge was with this old guy. He didn't have to take the time to have a conversation and try to understand why the man did what he did and give him life advice. That's incredible character.
Sanctimonious. He's sending the guy to prison for the rest of his life and giving him "life advice"?!?!? What would that be??? "Don't do it again next time you're alive..."
Did anybody peep the guard sleep in the background 😂😂
😅
He has over 50 years of crime experience and has apparently learned nothing
I love that you also said “but he did great” 😂😂😂😂😂
“The Meth had something in it” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂 nah it just wasn’t cut like usual
It had meth in it
Yeah, it's called meth.
Yeah its meth!! WTF❤@@NickyBlue99
I am so thankful that I ran into your videos. Thanks.
Living a life free of crime is so underrated. Great food, women to cuddle with, a private toilet and clean shower, bodily safety, big comfy bed, road trips... I'll never understand how people are willing to put all of that on the table and gamble with it.
They can't control impulses. You ever done something that you regret and don't know why? I can relate to doing things I don't want to and can't even explain why. Maybe there's really a spiritual reality that is hidden in the vail. Maybe people have damaged certain parts of the brain that control decision making.
I'm sure he'll have someone to cuddle with in prison.
I love this Judge! My home STATE TEXAS‼️❤️❤️❤️
Ugh²
Good video. I turned a few friends onto your show. Helping you get to 1 million!!!
11:05 he’s a jailhouse snitch folks. And that’s how he goes in and out…
So this defendant lawyer wants the courts to be be a babysitter .
No Fukken way, go to jail ..

This guy aint in his 50's if he was smoking in 1973. Assuming he was a teenager in 1973 he's most likely in his early 70's. Probably wanted to go back to prison as a retirement. Sounds like he spent most of his life in prison. Probably prefers it.
