Hi ,have you thought about putting some pea gravel in your raised garden ?area? It would look nicer than the dirt. Another suggestion is to paint all of the white wood green,so that it all ties in. Just tossing some ideas over. Love your videos 🦘🦘🦘
I think you should paint that upcycled cooler/planter green to match your green raised beds…it stands out too much white. I like the trellis stained dark, looks much more complete now 🌻🙂🌱
Hi Robbie and Brent! At first when you were staining the obelisks I was thinking they would look better stained black? But as you were staining them the dark brown I definitely think that was a good choice because the orangey color/dark brown matches your terra-cotta pots! Looks great! And taking down the little picket fence really opens up that sweet space! Everything is really coming together! 🌼🌺🌸🌷
FYI you shake paint, and stir stain. All the color for stain is at the bottom of the can, and when you shake it bubbles will appear. Looks great though. 🥰
Hi guys! Love seeing more of Brent! Have a beautiful day! I’m not liking the herb rack near the coop door…it needs to have a solid base behind it… Loving everything else!
Looks great Robbie! You need a shelving unit of sorts to display your extra terra cotta pots and other things so you can remove them off the edge of your beds and ground. It would look so much tidier and clean. If the strawberry planter wasn’t broken I would have suggested to paint same green color as beds too to incorporate it better. Love where you placed the trellis planters. Going to look so good once filled with cut flowers. Can’t wait!
Just an idea,... you can use one of your clay pots by the chicken door for your hand tools you keep losing in the garden. Love the change, looks great!
Not that you need another chore, but now that you have the pot holder up against the chicken coop; I think you should extend the brick entrance over to it (wider)and make it a herringbone pattern! That would be beautiful!! ❤
lol, water + oil ! How about repurposing the picket fence as a roost for the chickens. So they can look out. The raised beds block a lot of the view. So sweet, Brent relocating the toad 🐸.
Awesome transformation. It is always a gamble with stain and different types of wood but they look good now. I really like the pot rack where it is and I can visualize flowers there. Absolutely LOVE Brent and the toad situation. Thanks for sharing. That whole area looks great.
Robbie way to go getting all the not so fun chores done. The the cut flower garden does look so much more spacious. I am sure your vision for the spot is going to be glorious. So sorry about you shoe. If I saw a black widow there probably would be no shoe left lol😅
So glad you didn’t paint them black! They would’ve have just disappeared. This way you can see their beautiful wood grain. Just look how nicely they complement (25:44) your plant labels, the metal on the herb rack, and your terracotta pots. Great final result given the mismatch finishes 🤭😁
Hello Robbie and Brent. Yes, the trellises look so much better with the darker color. I like the mint and chives on the windowsill, very cottagey . The space looks so much bigger now that there is no fence to divide the area. Brent is so sweet talking to the frog 🐸 😊
Please make a proper rack vertically for storing your terracotta pots. They will look neat and tidy. You can keep it in the place where you have the white strawberry planter.
Hi Robbie! It does look very different with the shade cloth down and the fence gone. I'm looking forward to what you decide on to define the cut flower garden. You mentioned a more decorative fence, and I think that would be really pretty. The obelisks look so much better. I think they look great with the streaking. I'm glad the pot trellis worked for you, and I hope it doesn't keep you from being able to remove the cap to feed the chickens. Seeing Brent's big smile when you showed him getting ready to stain was so nice. I had to watch the part of the video with Brent and the toad several times. You can really tell how much both of you enjoy the little critters in your gardens. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the cut flower garden. Thank you so much for sharing!
The space you are working on is giving me an eclectic garden vibe… same feeling when you walk into one of those unique garden shops. I see a lot of people saying they don’t like the pot rack there, but I think you will be able to give it more attention in that location, rather than on the fence line. It looks really cute and so open! Maybe the spiders will find new hiding spots.
Instead of a new fence in front of the cut flower garden, why not redo the raised bed there… make it tall like your other ones, and take it all the way to your new side fence… it would act like a divider behind the new flower bed and in front of the cut flower garden.
Good morning Robbie and Brent. Ya'll accomplished a lot! I am so glad Brent is a teeny bit more comfortable on video. He has such a beautiful smile 😊 thank you Brent for relocating the toad 😁 Everything looks great. It is a little awkward with the picket fence gone, but, I think when you get flowers planted it will look better. Can the Chickens still see out with that plant stand there? (Its hard to tell on video) I love watching Ya'll 1st thing in the morning 🌄 it brightens my day, thank you. 😊
While I appreciate the work you put into the refresh of your garden area by the chicken coop - what I love was how sweet Brent was with the toad. What a sweet man! Love you both! Thanks for sharing your videos with us!
Hey Robbie are you going to make that long garden bed that needs painting taller to match the green beds? Would look great in that space. Thanks for posting looking forward to part 2 & 3 of the new plants planting.
Everything is coming along great. I’m so happy Brent is becoming more comfortable on camera, his interaction with the toad was so endearing! If you are able to keep the white strawberry planter, will you paint it green ( hope so!😌) zone 3 Manitoba 🇨🇦👏🍁
Love your accomplishments today! Hello Brent, you kind toad lover! Robbie, my OCD is screaming because the herb rack isn't centered in that panel where the chicken feeder is....will the green planter move a bit to the left so that you can get the arched herb rack off the white door frame and completely within the screened area of the chicken coop? That would be so much more satisfying LMAO.....looks nice and neat and lovely, despite me loving that black fence you removed, I'm sure the next fence design you dream up will be even better.
Why not change things up a bit in the raised bed garden? What if you did 3 more "L" shaped tall raised beds, one in each corner and then use the short one in the center? I must confess, I love symmetry. It would look just a bit formal.
That white wooden planter you could empty, reinforce from inside if needed, paint green to match the others and refill with the dirt. Even then cut off legs if you hate them, and you'd still have a flower planting bed. Brent rehoming the frog was very sweet of him!
Robbie and Brent, I thoroughly enjoyed this video, and the obelisks look great with the dark stain. 🤗Have you tried using Lime-a-way (or toilet bowl cleaner) to remove the lime buildup on your glass cake stand plate? It works like a charm and won't damage the glass. I bring my glass birdbath inside to clean and dry it once or twice yearly to keep it looking great. 🦋🐝🐦
Looks better 😂 you two accomplished a lot, glad to see Brent on your video, know he’s out there too now seeing more. I’m surprised you didn’t paint the planter box side quickly that is now exposed. I’m sure you’ll get it. Hope you figured out the feeder for the chickens ❤😊
Robbie, just wondering if/when you & Brent have a bigger property would you do a vegetable garden again OR you just do not enjoy growing vegetables? Or is it a phase you are going through and then maybe in the future you will change your mind and grow vegetables again? Will the chicken have some roaming time outside the coop now that there are no vegetables for them to potentially destroy? Just curious 😊 that whole area looks great 😊
I just read my remark, I really hope you didn't take it the wrong way, like I am the expert! HA I just wanted to pass on a tip I have learned thru the years. The Garden looks fantastic, great job Robi, and so glad to see Brent with you helping again!! 🥰
I see your butternut squash growing and I am SO jealous. I don't have great luck with them. I grew 2 that were about 4 inches long and fully mature. They tasted good but hardly worth the effort. I have to go to my farmer's market so I have so.e to roast and some for a curry soup.
Brent has a great smile ! I thought the fence needed to be gone as well, but i had the same feeling as you once it was removed. I am mentally rearranging your planter boxes..lol oh i had a thought what if you put a living fence using a row of roses.
Linda Dorough Dixon/Mountain Park, Georgia/I feel like your viewer who said she liked the black fence was right about one point of interest.. You need a division for the flower garden.. How about boxwood in planters across instead of the fence. Pretty and green all summer, winter .. or another evergreen in large terracotta pots ...
Brent got this! Very well done 💕😊 Moving the herbs thing makes me think how much sun would the chicken need in the winter? Sorry, but know nothing about raising chickens 😅
Your eye was right about going darker on the trellis color. Looks great now. Not sure why people don’t like the herb pot trellis location. I really like it there. What about the white planter? Should it be green to match the others? Are you going to introduce your mom to us? Glad you’re enjoying her visit.
Robbie, could you get a wire/bolt cutter and cut out the one piece of pot rack in front of the feeder? I love the open feeling without the fence…it is beautiful 😍
BBBRRREEEENNNTT!! You just made my DAY! You and that frog had a MOMENT ❤😂. (This from a girl who ‘saves’ earthworms after a storm here in Florida! Lol) 🙌 🙌
I would paint the obelisk the same color as your fence.

I think you should paint that upcycled cooler/planter green to match your green raised beds…it stands out too much white. I like the trellis stained dark, looks much more complete now 🌻🙂🌱
And move the location if possible.
Brent with the frog was the cutest
It absolutely was! I enjoy seeing more & more of Brent working with Robbie in these videos! We love you Brent! Love you too Robbie!
Why didn't you paint the towers the same as the fence ?
This was one of my favorite videos...so entertaining and fun to watch! Brent and that frog...💚
The toad is too cute! Hopefully he will move back under the pots up on the bricks now. They eat bugs so good to keep around
Love Brent rescuing the wildlife and seeing him in the garden. Sorry hate the pot rack in that location.
Love love Brent talking to the toad ❤❤❤ aaand the herb rack is “fine” 😆😊
Brent the toad whisperer!!! i love ❤️ it
I love the new look!!!! Lot of hard work but worth it! ❤
Brent!!! So proud of your willingness to be on camera!! You did it and you survived!! Nice work today you two.
You need a hat or T-shirt that says: It’s Fine
😊
I liked the fence
Hi Robbie and Brent! At first when you were staining the obelisks I was thinking they would look better stained black? Brent the hero rehoming the frog, Robbie it looks great. 🐸
FYI you shake paint, and stir stain. All the color for stain is at the bottom of the can, and when you shake it bubbles will appear. Looks great though. 🥰
Maybe use the black fence color?
A black wrought iron fence would look amazing.
Nice job! I liked the fence! Helped to define the space as a room. 😎
I like the metal flower stand with clay pots 💪❤️
Youe yard always looks great
Hi guys! Love seeing more of Brent! Have a beautiful day!
I’m not liking the herb rack near the coop door…it needs to have a solid base behind it…

Robbie paint them black like the fence

I love you you’re so real and we all appreciate that!
Surprised you don't spray paint the cages the color of your fence. Think it would look gorgeous
Frogs are just magical to me. What a sweet moment…
Just an idea,... you can use one of your clay pots by the chicken door for your hand tools you keep losing in the garden. Love the change, looks great!

I think the one u call streaky looks good , actual looks like how ppl fire burn or torch wood to preserve the wood it looks good!
Awesome transformation. It is always a gamble with stain and different types of wood but they look good now. I really like the pot rack where it is and I can visualize flowers there. Absolutely LOVE Brent and the toad situation. Thanks for sharing. That whole area looks great.
I liked the fence could be longer someone recommended a black iron fence I agree 👍👍 enjoyed the clean up .
Why didn’t you just use the same paint/stain that you used on the fence so they match? Just curious.
Love the transformation. Thought to suggest painting the chicken wire black. I've seen other YTs do it and it makes a big difference.
10:10 Honestly, the veggie garden looks so good without a fence ❤
The pot rack is fine. Maybe add something at the other end to make it feel balanced. It apparently freaks people out 😂💕
Dark colour much better Robbie 😊 you two never agree but get there somehow ❤
Can't wait to see all the cut flowers in bloom next year, going to be beautiful.
You should paint the white trim to black. It would look so great with the green color
Another great project accomplished! Brent and the toad was so sweet ❤
Wondering why you chose stain over paint.
Robbie way to go getting all the not so fun chores done. The the cut flower garden does look so much more spacious. I am sure your vision for the spot is going to be glorious. So sorry about you shoe. If I saw a black widow there probably would be no shoe left lol😅

Robbie, I would move the wall potting rack to the center of the shed so it is symmetrical, and this way you do not have to move the feeding tube.
While I appreciate the work you put into the refresh of your garden area by the chicken coop - what I love was how sweet Brent was with the toad. What a sweet man! Love you both! Thanks for sharing your videos with us!
Maybe, the pot rack against the fence?
Looks good … I can’t wait to see how you fill it with flowers.
The Obelisks look much better stained a dark color. Good job
Hey Robbie are you going to make that long garden bed that needs painting taller to match the green beds? Would look great in that space. Thanks for posting looking forward to part 2 & 3 of the new plants planting.

Looks good... Don't move 😢 you're my favorite channel 🪻🩵🪻

Love the stain! I like the trellis where it is now!! Can’t wait to see what you put in those pots!🩷💐🪴🍃
I love how adorable you are.
Looks good. But think wooden structures would have looked better same colour as fence. And white raised bed would look good matching other ones. X

I like the black picket fence! It is a small “room” that will kind of enclose the cut flower garden.

You could just plant a small hedge or row of shrubs where the fence was and that will give you the definition you are missing.
Brent has a great smile ! I thought the fence needed to be gone as well, but i had the same feeling as you once it was removed. I am mentally rearranging your planter boxes..lol oh i had a thought what if you put a living fence using a row of roses.
A very satisfying project!
How about a boxwood hedge in place of the fence !?
Classic and formal/cottage.

How about boxwood in planters across instead of the fence. Pretty and green all summer, winter .. or another evergreen in large terracotta pots ...
I really like the idea of having a 3 pots there. Oh I hate when a shirt shrinks. LOL Where do I find the plant markers and plant tags?
Fabulous job!
Brent got this! Very well done 💕😊
Moving the herbs thing makes me think how much sun would the chicken need in the winter?
Sorry, but know nothing about raising chickens 😅
🐸 living his best life 😂
Great job, looks amazing ❤
Looking good (miss that little fence) and don't forget to paint the ground garden bed green, on the side where the fence came down 😅
Don’t really like the herb rack there but hey you do you!😊
Hey guys, use citric acid from the canning area to take your hard water deposits off of your garden regalia and also your dishwasher, bathtub, etc.
Your eye was right about going darker on the trellis color. Looks great now.
Not sure why people don’t like the herb pot trellis location. I really like it there.
What about the white planter? Should it be green to match the others?
Are you going to introduce your mom to us? Glad you’re enjoying her visit.
Consider boxwoods? To block in the cut flower garden area??
Robbie, could you get a wire/bolt cutter and cut out the one piece of pot rack in front of the feeder? I love the open feeling without the fence…it is beautiful 😍
Morning, wood species stain differently.
Sometimes paint just works better.
I think I’d put all the terracotta pots together by the wall? It’d look balanced to the large green beds? Just my eye!
Fun projects done!
I think if you built the small unpainted planter up high it would be your fence
So my brother got bit by black widow. Dr was so impressed he was working. Marked it every hour. Sissy took him hospital.😊
Doesn't it always feel good to check things off your list. Keep plugging away at it Robbie and the new open spaces will be beautiful.
Looks good 🌼🐝
BBBRRREEEENNNTT!! You just made my DAY!
