Finally someone can make a chef's knife that has the sharp edge come all the way down and not stop a 1/4 inch down on the bottom of the blade. As someone that hold this specific style of knife. You hardle will cause blisters along the inside of the index finger after prolonged used. Soften the hot spots that makes contact to skin. 🤓🖖 awesome job.
Wow man! Those are really awesome pieces. It was nice meeting you and Jacob. Thank you for looking at my first knife I just finished last week. I hope to reach your level of skill with time and more practice.
Stunning! The quality of your work really stands out. I knew you would be an outstanding smith back when you were experimenting with a coffee etch for chattoyance. You always seem to be willing to challenge yourself, and improve your skills in the process.
Almost as pretty as the slow mo. pizza eating cinematic sequence you shot at the Good of the Land Fest. a couple of years ago. Seriously though, beautiful knives!
Absolutely incredible Liam. Those things are gorgeous, and so unique. I can see where you're experimenting and challenging yourself -- and pulling it off. Just amazing. Bravo! I hope you captured some of the process on video.
Those knives are really beutiful. Did you get any footage of them being made? If not, I would love to see another knife making searies as I love watching your knives come together 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I actually found out about the Blade Show through another RUclips channel called Alec Steele. You can find their knife making and other blacksmithing videos/series on their channel as well!
I love your ax videos but you being a JS I would love to seen some of the detail work done in a video. I know when trying to do that kind of quality doing videos and concentrating on your work is hard. Plus when will you be going for your MS. thank you fro your time.
That word you were looking for is "irridescent"... the shimmer effect. Those are GORGEOUS knives, Liam! Well done! BTW, in your last vid (making the H13 punch), I noticed the knife you carry in your pocket... could you briefly showcase that one in an upcoming video? I know it's probably your "work knife" and one of your "mistakes" (isn't that what EVERY knifemaker carries themself... the one they WOULDN'T sell?), but I'm curious as to the design.
Did you mean "iridescent"? Noticed it too :D, "Incandescent" on the other hand is the brightness of or light emitted by something set alight or heated (like steel coming out of the forge).
Awesome craftsmanship Sir !!!!!!! Those knives are amazing looking

There is something about Liam's style that appeals to me over most blade smiths, even others that do comparable quality.
Superb work mister. Creative relief can be such a blast sometimes.
