Bro, I have check my hero stat regarding tunes, I have total boss dmg Runes of 70pecent, but when I checked the hero stat Rune it says just 15. Do runes have limit?
For charismatic, it doesnt seem to reflect the boost in his teammates stats. Is it confirmed its not bugged? Also, i assume charismatic does not stack with a second charismatic?
I got a legendary with all the orange statuses and with heroic I was very happy, he's a wizard I already put summoner and left ultimate

About runes only 1 with the highest% will take effect. It will not work if you have multiple runes with the same effect.

For charismatic it works only in dungeons and pvp. Yeah, you can't visibly see it.
And yes only 1 charismatic characteristics will take effect.
Where can i get glyph fragments and primal fragments?
Glymphs fragments can be farm in guild raid and field boss.
Primal fragments can be farm on Super Boost difficulty.
