After over a decade of eating disorders, I got vsg and relearned to feed myself. It was the best decision I ever made because I really needed to start from zero. My relationship with food still has it’s moments but I’ve never been better. So proud of you ❤.

I know you’ll never see this because it’s literally 2 week old at this point but I’ve been watching you since I was getting ready to graduate high school. I’m now post undergrad and working full time. In some ways we are very much the same. When I was at my smallest I was also at my sickest because I proud to not be eating and I was so proud to see the number go down, but the second I went back to campus for school I’d gain it all back and some. Not I’m post grad and I’m not my biggest but I’m happy and I’m trying to do it right too. I’m trying to better myself my spirit and my relationship with myself and food and it’s so hard. Some days are so much better than others but this feels right. I’m so happy I finally found the courage to watch this video because it makes me feel hopeful of the person I’m trying to become. :) so thank you and keep working hard we all love you and admire you and we’re so proud of you :)

I learned about Agape love that is the most perfect love from God. We often tend to shun it away because of what you said comparison is the thief of joy. We fall victim to it.
