I see some people are confused. That is *not* L. That is Beyond Birthday, aka BB. He was before Kira, so anyone who has only watched the anime wouldn't know him.
(Idk why he looks like L because I dont think they are related??
He is from the death note spinoff manga called Another Note. *everything in that manga happened before kira*
