Oh man. I just had colon surgery 2weeks ago. Even though they were benign growths, I still had them removed and recovering from a lot of pain. Turn your heart to Jesus so that HE may accept you. John 14:6, Romans 10: 9-10 & 13.

No symptoms which was is crazy to me but us men refuse to do the things we need to to stay healthy. Most won’t see a doctor unless something is wrong.

In the beginning when I was diagnosed I was terrified. All I kept seeing was death and torture. Keeping that mind set keeps you in the dark.
