I think you would like this game called DC Universe Online, it’s where you can create your own custom superhero or base it off a DC hero, and then play as them throughout a bunch of separate stories which all link together, and have one main goal.. Defeat Braniac as he tries to bottle up and take over Metropolis and Gotham! You can choose your story and be good with batman, superman or Wonder Woman as a mentor, or be evil, with the Joker, Lex Luthor or Circe
