- E-40, the legendary rapper and entrepreneur, has set the hip-hop community ablaze with the announcement of his upcoming album, Rule of Thumb. The album series features collaborations with a plethora of talented artists including NBA Youngboy, Gucci Mane, Too $hort, Larry June, Mistah F.A.B. and several others. During his appearance on Sway In The Morning, E-40 gave us a sneak peek into what to expect from the new album, and also shared some exciting news about his upcoming cookbook release with Snoop Dogg.
