    That smart grater looks like an accident waiting to happen. They should have gotten someone capable to showcase it. That lady looked like the person in an infomercial who is intentionally making a product look bad.

    The colander bowls are the only thing I really liked. I would buy those. Trying to get all the water out of a bowl without dropping ANY of the contents is a real struggle, this looks like it would help.

    LOVE the comments! You guys are not stupid. They are mostly plastic junk, destined to wind up on a beach in the Pacific Ocean. If I had to have one it would be a spiralizer type of tool that I would pick up somewhere well under the price, plus shipping. They quickly become burdens. Less is more.

  • @SpiritBear12
    @SpiritBear12 7 лет назад +7

    Yeah, because it's SO damn hard to mix pancake batter. Oh the drudgery! SMH
    Zyliss does make some good stuff, but that herb cutting tool is more work than using a normal chef's knife. It's also more of a pain in the ass to clean. I simple knife takes no time or effort at all to clean.
    I like the idea of that salad spinner, but I wonder how durable it is. I have one from OXO. It removes a lot of water out of anything I spin in it and it hasn't failed me yet.
    Seems the finger guard on the Smart Grater is next to useless.

      Italians. But they usually cook and then strain to remove skins coz they get stuck to the roof of your mouth when in stews etc. Mostly people will just put tomatoes in pan of boiling water for a few minutes then put into ice cold water and peel.

    That spiralizer makes the food look cool af, but it's that kind of gadget you'll use thrice in the first week that you get it, and then simply forget that it exists altogether..................

      NO, certainly not the only one. I find those that don't have them quite annoying though--especially those weird friends of mine always throwing dinner parties, that don't have a dishwasher.
      Automatic dishwashing machines are advantageous only if you use a lot of dishes or live with a lot of people. I certainly wouldn't be without one. I grew up with them.

      I have one...just never use it. Huge waste of water for one or two people.

      How is it a waste of water? I would love to see you wash as many dishes as an e- dishwasher can wash with 5 gallons of water. Bet you cant do it.
