I've driven a 2002 AP1 for the past 11 years and I'm seriously thinking of having it buried with me. I just haven't driven any other car that stokes me more.
Do what makes you happy and enjoy your car. Just try not to lose sight of the fact that finding one of these cars in original condition like yours is becoming more challenging every year. With that in mind, my advice would be to avoid making any modifications that are irreversible and hang on to all of your stock parts if you can.
Go with the t1r sparrow dual. You seriously will not regret it. Trust me. No drone and sounds mint. Also gives good power and it looks great with the burnt tips
Fastline use to make a single exit bumper cap for the ap2 but they discontinued that, there is a single exit duraflex bumper as well. Honestly single exit on stock bumper still looks sick, I’m running a hks dual with a test pipe and it’s a bit gnarlier then a typical q300 setup but still sounds good
I have my 02 stock, just air intake, with comptech complete header exhaust system, and enjoy it every weekend. It has everything I’m looking and is fun.
Definitely get a dual exhaust. Just my opinion. Good video. I have an AP1 which has cost me about $4,200 in repairs the first six months of ownership even though I’ve only had it six months and she looks mlnt. Hope she’s all straightened out now. Have a good weekend.
People don't appreciate the engineering in a stock car anymore. Its built like that for a reason. If you have the money and really take care of your cars, you'll probably never have serious issues if you buy one stock and keep it stock. You could enjoy it for your entire life!
stock is perfect. Issue it I'm having serious trouble in Europe to find tired for my 16" AP1..... Seems like there's no avaialbilty of Extrecontact Sport, and PS4S do not exist in these measurements.

Thank you for the kind words🙏🏼
04-05 are my favorite years. Love mine and thankful for it
Before modifying, take it to the track and learn to drive it properly. Master it.
Jeez $800 for a window regulator , could’ve saved $$ w yt 😂

800 dollars for just the part? YIKES! Is that typical of Honda S2000 parts?

Bridgestone Potenza S-04 is an excellent tire for the S2K. On a budget, the Kumho Ecsta is a decent choice.
I changed to 205/50 at front and 245/45 at rear.
