Hypnotization is deffiently real, i have tried it before and it has helped me so much both with my anxiety but also with my trauma and suicidal thoughts

@@totallynotryan9107 no he wasn’t doing it willing and didn’t do some of the things the guy asked so he didn’t get into that clam state that is needed so he could continue you could also tell with how he doesn’t relax his arms fully maybe it just doesn’t work with him but I feel he wasn’t trying to do it
Honestly his explanation of hypnosis makes sense. I can’t be a productive person and watch RUclips at the same time. I also can’t do podcasts because I get way to distracted by it. Explains a lot.😂
