@FoscamGlobal Is there a secondary method for resetting? I have an FI8918W that will not do the pan/tilt wake up sequence. I have held the reset button as long as 120 seconds.
My camera stopped showing video , no picture , black screen . I can control the ir light on and off in the menu but that is all I can see happening . What is wrong with my camera . The camera was inside . It just stopped working the other day . What do I need to do to get the video back ? Foscam 00626E4BF3ED . I have tried resetting and rebooting no good .
@jim:products last just passed warranty date the good luck. they have no repair service, only apologetic emails and 48 hour response. Terrible service.

r4m does not reset when you keep 10 sec reset button....nice bug?
Foscam doesn't take their products seriously. What about the reboot loop issue on the FI9831p v1 or v2????? Stand behind your products!
They must integrate IFTTT (If This then that) feature into apps setting...
Never seen sobad quality products ... 4 different models, all have unsolvable problems !
