This is the drive in on Thika Road. I used to live right by it. So many memories!
There used to be two drive-in theatres in Sydney, Australia in the 1980's. They were still operating in 1988, although, petering out back then already.
WE USED TO GO TO WATCH HINDI MOVIES EVERY SUNDAY...MY WIFE MAKING CHIPS AND TAKING COCA COLA...OR SOMETIMES BUYING PIZZA BYING FROM A GODOWN AROUND SOUTH B...BUT WE HAD TO BE IN LINE AROUND 4:00PM...MOVIES USED TO START AROUND 7:00 PM...MEETING FRIENDS...GOING ROUND AND ROUND..UNTIL TRAILERS START...

Everything looks the same today with those vintage cars and people missing. Looks like soon it will be no more

They had a nice thing going... Both black fellows and white fellows.,. Oh and women too, but they blew it... The black fellows and women I mean
