In the simulations how do you find the lamda which is CLM parameter to calculate rout? You assumed here is .1 is that educated guess ? Since lamda is not constant it varies and design rule manuals doesn’t specify those values I am curious how you find it .. Thanks great video

Rout is not just output resistance of output PFET, but also load resistance equal to Vout/Iout.
Yes you are right. I think I have mentioned that I am assuming the load to be an ideal current source to simplify the analysis.

You can find out lambda from the op sim. Usually you can see it in simulation as one of MOS model parameters.
