The colors and easy-to-read music in this video are perfect for Boomwhackers or Chromanotes Deskbells.
This song is more difficult than most of our music lessons, and it's definitely worth practicing some of the simpler lessons before jumping into this one! You can find all of those at Prodigies.com
It's worth pointing out to any music teachers out there that the idea of octaves kind of went out the window for this episode. To keep the graphics big and easy-to-read, we zoom in on the staff and only work in one octave. This makes it consistent with our other videos and easier for 2-5 year olds, but it is technically incorrect. We considered including an explanation of 8va and 8vb as a means of being technically correct, but the show is really for young kids playing a set of 8 bells, so we didn't want to risk confusing anyone. We hope any of you musicians out there will forgive the simplicity of the arrangement.
The Star Wars Title Theme was written by John Williams. Star Wars is copyright of Disney.
