At 0:42 you can see that Dan's message is from May 2021, meaning darai has been working on this video for well over 2 years. You really gotta appreciate that kind of dedication to high quality content
Orcane with endlag is so incredibly cursed, no wonder they wanted you to remove him from the game.
Explanation for the remove dash attack tilts, its clear that the game removed dash attack but kept the data for every characters acceleration during dash attack, which is why ranno and forsburn leap across the stage but zetterburn doesn't. It's like tilt boosting but better.
fun fact! they actually used to go even further, because interrupting the dash attack without clearing the input buffer would just make the game attempt to dash attack again, meaning you could stack the boost from 8 dash attacks in a row. this would instantly kill the character
If you squint real hard, it actually said delete ori. This is the better version of reality.

@@notdarai its like, rivals just isnt interesting anymore. i feel like ive seen everything the game can offer. everything thats possible to do in the game has been done. ive been playing a lot more melee instead of rivals and just the sheer amount of options and tools melee provides that rivals simply doesnt have just makes the game less interesting. theres still things i like about rivals over melee, drift di is great and wavedashes have an enough end lag to make triangle dashes a viable tool is super fun but like thats it. all the rivals characters feel very one note, they have a thing to do, and they do it. im not saying oh rivals needs lcanceling or needs to be harder. i just think the game needs more defence tools or just a shake up of some kind. im hoping ill get that from rivals 2 but rivals 2 kinda looks like its just gonna be more of the same while also losing the identity rivals has made for itself and just trying to be pm/p+
ik this video is from 2 years ago but like, has anything majorly changes in 2 years? oh cool they added a bunch of characters who once again, do 1 thing. and of course they were all broken at launch because this game cant have good balance. its insane to me that since day 1 wrastor and ori have been absurd and all theyve done was like nerf kragg instead. its not even that the game needs to be balanced well to be fun buts its like all the most broken characters are broken in an unfun way.
