That looked painful but also better at the same time. I spend 8 hours a day at my regular job a day at a computer working and then another 3-4 hours after that writing books. My shoulders ache a lot now.
I totally understand your feelings and I can feel your pain (I spend a lot of time at the computer too). Try to adjust your sitting posture or use an ergonomic chair that fits your body really really helps. We still have work to do but our bodies and soul need also to be cared for.❤️🤗✌️
The acupressure/ Acupunture/ or many other treatments could fix it permanently IF DO IT CONSISTENCY FOR A PERIOD (such as 1time/week for about 4-6weeks) BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT ARE 2 THINGS (since I learned from talking with doctors& therapists) 1) I have to change my habits about sitting & sleeping postures 2) Exercise & stretch the body myself more often (or everyday) to avoid muscle tension or fascia ❤️
This is of course entirely anecdotal, but I used to have pain like this and persistent headaches, also tried everything (pillows, massages, medications etc). What has literally gotten rid of this issue for me is changing my diet - primarily that I eat oatmeal for breakfast EVERY DAY - I think it regulates my blood sugar better or something. Just want to give this suggestion to anyone having a similar problem bc I remember being in this place.
Thank you for your useful tips! Breakfast is very important and I admit that my breakfast is very poor (only a cup of coffee milk😣 ) I did try oatmeal sometimes but not regularly. I really have to take my diet more seriously before my body gets worse
