I work at a hospital. A bunch of health workers who do amazing at their jobs but also talk sh*t ALL DAY. I’m sure they even have a group chat with my name in it. I am hot and cold at work. I even had a co worker tell me “idk what I’m gonna get with you” back when we hit a snag a while back. Pile 3, I will say I try to be kind and considerate with how I treat people but not at the expense of my own well being. There is some clique-y behavior but at the end of the day I’m there to do my job, not to make friends or win the favor of those who show up and create issues when they should be focused on their work. I do have one coworker that is attempting to push me out of a promotion I was offered and have in the works, but I’m completing my Master’s degree and don’t plan to be at this job forever. If she wants to get paid the same to do more work, I’ll let her be dumb enough to think she’s taken it from me cause I don’t want it anyway 🤭😉

I came from a stream of humanities literature, into a place of commerce and that's where I felt stepped on and congested and opressed. I'm on my journey to pursue my masters now and never to be in a space of barely educated people and unprofessional work spaces to get stepped on. My humility, respect and boundries were never reciprocated. Ive still not gotten over the bluneders Ive made due to wrong information conveyed and or my own functioning from a place of constant fear

Pile 2. Lol I’m a libra and yes you never know what your gonna get in the am esp from me lol. It’s nothing personal fr. Just some mornings I’m more perky than others. It depends on how much sleep I got and what I was able to accomplish on my days off. But i don’t try to be mean. It’s just if I don’t have it mentally that day I keep to myself. I don’t want to spread my bad mood around me. That wouldn’t be fair. But I’m such a team player and they know that! If I see something needs to be done, I do it! I don’t question it. I just go for it. Regardless what it is. Helping my ppl at work is helping me too is how I see it. We in the trenches together lol. I also love helping new ppl bc I know what it’s like. I work in housekeeping 😂 i do i was going to get the assistance manger position ɓut due to my kids and bei g a mother i decline. Theres many men in there that are stalkers. I put boundaries. One men in particular ugh his so annoying and nice at the same time. Lol lots of problems yes but i think about my kids and i need money.
