It is lovely the fact how nature embrace the property. The views are so relaxing and i am agree with Stefanie about the combination of the greenery of the environment and the red bricks of the property because, it gives that sensation of countryside and warmth. More than a resort this porperty feels like a refugee from all kind of noise , contamination, and how prioritize the sustainabilityi love that. Are the financial statements available to see? Luv to get an idea of the fixed & variable costs going back the last 5 yrs. Where's the nearest large airport/train station? All the Very BEST!! I believe this is Fonte alla Lepre Resort. It is like 45 minutes away from Pisa international Airport and maybe 20 minutes away from sea. There are lots of villas/hotels in that area, so my guess is that tourism is booming. Really nice resort btw, great business opportunity for future owner.
