    Dear John and team
I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the work you are doing to help those who stutter. Your advice has been magical for my 22 year old daughter who stutters, especially during job interviews. She was at an all time low when she came across this video. The very next day she had to face a job interview.
The concept of embracing the stutter resonated with her and she went ahead with the interview the next day. She did stutter but confidently put across her unique individuality. And guess what.....she got the job despite stiff competition.
I have no words to express my gratitude for your efforts! It changed my daughter's life and mine too!
    More power to the organisation!!

Being a stutter myself, the prospect of facing an interview made me very anxious and stressed. I had an interview yesterday, I was struggling with fluency. Unable to speak coherently even when I knew the answer, was frustrating. However somehow I landed on this video, the stories shared by John and Pamela gave me hope. The talk about embracing your stuttering and being confident nonetheless struck a chord.
It's not that my interview the next day became fluent instantly, I struggled with words but the feeling of helplessness was gone. I was able to convey what I thought and to my surprise landed the internship.
So thank you for this webinar, it helped me embrace who I am. And I am grateful

It's crazy how few likes and comments on this powerful video after five years. However confidently stuttering feels like a contradiction.

I am 26-year-old from India and my career and education both have taken many hits because of stammering in the interview. Whenever I have to speak, I get very anxious: there is some hormone that I feel is released inside my stomach and it hampers my breathing which exacerbates my speech. As a kid, I was told that I stammer because I lie and I lack confidence. I was always terrified of public speaking in classrooms till my graduation. I still have issues in meetings at work, in casual conversations and yes in Interviews.
It feels terrible when someone does you a favour and the natural prompt is to say "Thank You" and I don't.
