the sad mentality that blood was thicker than water. in many Asian dramas there is a motive that an adopted child is a substitute/free slave that should be grateful someone took him and gave him shelter and food. that is his duty to pay back everything that was given to him. Sad, but this happens. also I do not understand the mentality of keeping low profile for so long before a daughter - they expected her to be exactly a gold digger, a leech that is treated like a second class citizen, even though she proved time and again she is anything, but that. I f I got to know my family withheld such an important info, that they have treated me like a clown, I would go NC with them .
I've watched this video a couple of times in the last couple of years. I still every time think she should have ended up with her third adopted brother. He was kind and supportive of her from beginning to end. He never let her down or misunderstood her. They were not related by blood and were never raised together. He would have treated her like a treasure the rest of his life. He would have fitted in to the family situation seamlessly since he was already a part of the family. He supported her so much that he even supported her choice of another man. When she asked him to save that man, he did even though it hurt him in the end. Now he has to spend the rest of his life watching them together and eventually their children. That is going to be extremely painful. I felt so bad for him.
Kinda funny. The ML knows the one that saved him years ago was in the Jian family. He found out early the girls were switched at birth and the one claiming to be his "savior" was with the FU family until recently. So...how could she possibly be the one that saved him??? Not to mention, how does the evil girl know EXACTLY what the FL's birthmark that wasn't visible (when they met in passing) looks like? Also, why not just ASK how the girl saved him???
Agree but you are being too logically. If the writers used logic and their brains they would not be able to make this drama 1 hr and 34 minutes long. The only way to enjoy these dramas if to leave your brain at the door
The thing that consistently puzzles me about the rich families in these dramas is how easily some of them abandon the raised daughter for the birth daughter. I actually can understand the parents still feeling affection for the found daughter; after all, that's the child they raised. But how do you go from loving a child to kicking him or her out because of events over which they had no control? In this story I can understand the FL's bio parents' attitude. After all, they'd been burned by the 2FL's behaviour prior to that point, which made them wary of both girls. But most IRL stories where this situation arises lead to some kind of melded family rather than what is frequently portrayed in these short forms.
Let’s say the SFL did save his life, what does that have to do with him marrying her!? He obviously had feelings for the FL however, he chose to keep the SFL by his side and announce an engagement because she “saved” his life, it’s whacked; saving someone doesn’t mean a life long commitment. SFL first meet with the Grandfather, should’ve been a sign to cancel anything he had with her but of course he needs “answers”. Is this SFL stalking the FL cause she is everywhere especially when the FL does something good, SFL is right there taking the credit. Although a cute little drama to watch, it was frustrating seeing the SFL by the ML side for about a third of this drama, there was some cute moments between the ML and FL however, they were always ruined by the SFL which in return gave no time to show a true relationship development between the ML and FL; ML tells the FL his lame reason behind having the SFL by his side that made everything okay between them, their relationship moves quick after being on idle. 😒 I just don’t think it should’ve been that quick, he should’ve had to work a little bit harder for her since she was wronged throughout. I do recommend watching it, it’s cute and kills some time. 😊
I did not feel any chemistry between the ML and FL. Everybody seems to have forgotten that the FL was the daughter of a rich family so not much changed in her behavior or how she was treated. Third brother is the best. 🤩The hotel manager at the birthday party made indecent comments to the FL and the ML's assistant was plotting with the other woman. They should be fired.
Very little time was spent showing the development of feelings between the leads. They hardly had any interactions so it just didn’t seem real when they were saying they liked each other.
She forgot to tell him that he would be a daddy soon😅. That crazy girl from her childhood until now she has been greedy and have a bad temper.But after seeing her with her biological mother one can understand why she is like that 😂😂😂. Great acting from the start until the end .Every one did a wonderful job.👏👏👏🇨🇼
