For stone shelves, spillage should be scraped regularly. For hard to clean spillage: -Turn thermostat to highest setting, run for 30 minutes with door closed. -Allow the oven to cool down. -Brush the residue from deck. Notes: -DO NOT use water to clean decks, cracking may result. -To clean stainless steel, wipe in the direction of the grain.
Hey Doran, it's not 110, but it could be 220 or 208. To be sure you can call the factory and have them run the serial number. Bakers Pride's number is 1-800-431-2745. I am pretty sure that running a 208 on 220 or running a 220 on 208 will harm the unit, but call the factory to be sure.
