@@autobotstarscream765 Even if Raving Rabbids predates Despicable Me and its Minions and even though I agree with your opinion that Gru is definitely funnier than the Minions and Ubisoft in charge of M&M is an excessively dumb idea (IMO on the order of allowing Enix to control Final Fantasy, which still unfortunately also happened), that doesn't change the fact that Ubisoft was still allowed to make insipid (and frankly anti-consumer) game design and publishing decisions fairly unchecked both internally and by the gaming public at large for decades until now for almost the same reasons EA's gotten passes for FIFA and Battlefront and Activision's gotten passes for Call of Duty, WOW, Diablo, and Overwatch.
As soon as they put BCE nonsense in assassins' creed 2, I knew it was over. I have never come across anyone who uses that anti logic who had any critical thinking skills.

Ubisoft was at 100E per share, last year 27E now at 13,5E. Over couple years it was tanking and this year is a brutal finisher. Chest of valuable IPs is nice, but if you can't even replicate derivative slop with some proficiency it's not enough.

Ubisoft should have been left in the dust when they forced their store client when you purchased any game from them. Never purchased anythoing from them since Assassin’s Creed Revelations.
I have been gaming since pong, yes I am that old. I stop buying consoles at the PS4. I play my PS 1 - 3, original Xbox, NES. The best time I had was with my PS3, I own 3, including the day 1 version. I will be buying some more classic consoles in the future.
Maybe the reason that they haven't ousted the CEO is because they think the consumer is the problem, not the CEO. like when people thought the universe revolved around the earth: "Sure the equations for the path of some of these planets don't make sense relative to the others, but we CAN'T BLAME THE MATHEMATICIANS!"
The fact that games like Pandora Tomorrow rot in a corner, having required the fans to get it working on PC and distributed, and games like Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter completely gone from stores, I wish someone would just kick ubisoft in their collective nuts and gank the Tom Clancy name while they’re down.
Microsoft is one company that we open up be buying Ubisoft because they have a deal with EU regulators. Microsoft had to allow someone to have some control and say over call of duty from a third party aspect and Ubisoft was the ones that agreed to help make the decisions.

Rabbids are the original Minions, Gru is funnier than every Minion who ever lived put together, and putting Ubisoft in charge of Might & Magic sounds like one of the dumbest ideas in video game history.
That was the high-note of the series, however. Soon as I realized aliens were in the story, it killed half my enjoyment because I was under the illusion it was historical fiction, not scifi.
BCE?
@@opshredderytp A bunch of atheists appropriated Christian culture and changed BC/AD into BCE/CE because they said ree offensive reee. If you bring up that the planets and days of the week are also religiously named, they just stick their fingers in their ears and screech reeee reeee reeeee.
It's pure Christphobia.
@@opshredderytp I think he's talking about the use of BCE and CE as opposed to the traditional BC and AD in order to mark dates. CE makes no sense, as it's literally just an attempt to de-Christianise the calendar and is not based on a different historical event.
As a Christian, I am happy to date things as "Before Christ's Empire" and during "Christ's Empire"
As of me typing this message Ubisoft's stock price has plummeted to $2.86. It's worth less then a big mac at McDonald's. At this rate it's gonna get yeeted from the market.
That brings the stock price drop this year so far to 43%. I wouldn't be surprised if the company shuts down before the year is over.
@@hawkeye5955 That would be a pretty nice Christmas gift.
Ubisoft announced that they will be putting offline mode to the crew 2 and they are selling it now for 1 dollar. All of this happened when they stock collapsed.
Conclusion, the carrot and stick method works ,STOP simping for these companies, carrot and stick.
98% off. Wew lad.
Almost ashamed to say but i bought after i said i would never give ubi money again after the crew shut down
Not "carrot and stick". More "the stick, the stick, and ONLY the stick". We've tried the carrot long enough, and it didn't work, thus we use the stick.
I'm honestly quite surprised they're not out of business yet with how many like recent game failures they've had I'm not even excited for the prince of Persia sands of Time remake because I honestly feel they're just going to mess that up somehow
Favorite games were the FarCry series...falling quality, derivative stories, diversity strikes. Bought a flight controller, haven't looked back...
When a company that normally would be too big to fall goes woke and falls
I would love Nintendo buying Rayman.
Huge lover of Rayman Origins & Legends.
It went from $13 to under $3 dollars since this live stream.
HOW
Somehow in my 30 years of gaming, I have never purchased a Ubisoft game. I am proud to have helped their demise. They ruined their reputation so long ago, Jim Sterling use to be coherent and correct when HE was talking about them back then
I been boycotting them for almost a decade now. Dont see much reason to change now. Lol
I think 2018 was the year it was announced that Ubisoft was doing a Star Wars game and that the license was no longer EA exclusive.
" Go Woke, Go Broke, and Become A Big Joke."
They need to finish the next Anno title. Then they can crater, I don't care. But I want that Anno have set in SPQR.
I'm doing my part! 😇💪 (I pirate everything before I buy it. Everything.)
Nintendo buying up Rayman would unite a majority of the internet in cheers
Ubisoft was at 100E per share, last year 27E now at 13,5E. Over couple years it was tanking and this year is a brutal finisher. Chest of valuable IPs is nice, but if you can't even replicate derivative slop with some proficiency it's not enough.
if you think it'll keep going down, short it. otherwise buy the dip.
Diamond hands, apes! 💰🐵💎✊️✊️
And if we don't already have shares? Sinking ship mate..
AC Shadows will sink Ubisoy aka Ubisoft into bankruptcy. Far Cry 5 was the last Ubisoft game I bought in 2018 and since then I have gotten comfortable with not owning their games. 😏😏
There’s some games post 2018 worth owning like Mario and Rabbids and Prince of Persia Lost Crown.
It's what they get for not making Rayman games.
My first ubisoft games were the first Ghost Recon and Splinter Cell on the PS2
Crazy idea for why they're doing this, the family that has control is trying to drop the stock low in order to buy up enough stock to go private
Razor spunds so nuts, and hes never wrong. Thats scary.
Preach razorfist nailed it on the head my man
@11:25 Arkane is run by Indians?
Go woke go broke!
It really is that simple
With how disastrous Star Wars Outlaws ended up being, it's no shock that Ubisoft is in decline.
Why does razor not like black myth wukong? Is it just the china thing?
Yeah, he seems anti-China, so he's just hating on it because it is made by a Chinese studio. If it was made a non-Chinese studio, he'd probably be singing a different tune.
@@namishusband818 All chinese companies, are essentially owned by the government. So all money made, will go to the government.
Nothing on Nintendo like the Switch?
I stopped at the Wii. Been going for oldies since then, and looking into a MiSTER board.
We all know if they try anything with Rayman it will be changed to Raywoman. Just leave Rayman alone honestly.
Earthworm Jim 3 but Rayman 🤣
Brothers in Arms has been abandoned and their Furious 4 idea was a canary in a coal mine
Furious 4 was spit in the face of all fans of the franchise. I never forgave them and never will.
Ubisoft went from decent to bland to straight-up trash over the years. Absolutely astounding downfall.
A lot of my favorite titles ever were Ubisoft games. It started with the X-3 I think...
You should retitle this with Ubisoft demise from China and ESG.
that Stock price though... may be a gamble but may buy some incase they somehow bounce back.
ya know... nah never mind. that low theirs a risk of closure or shut down.
valhala killed my love for the AC series. I been a fan since the first game too... shame.
The "Samurai" game will be the end of Ubisoft.
I saw some info that the stock situation is far worse on the European exchange
The crew 2 came out in 2018 as well.
Did that stock split since 2018? because if so that would explain some of why the stock got cheaper.
Razör is a pretty smart guy
Dont worry! Yasuke, the man that saved Japan is going to save Ubisoft!
I will be a UBISOFT stock holder once the UBSFY goes down to $1.00, probably after ACS releases.
I see another Gamestop moment.
Ghost Recom: Wildlands also had new content in 2018.
Don't put Rayman into their heads they'll give him top scars.
the day ubisoft closes we will celebrate for a month
Keep in mind only a few years ago, they pushed back every game they had to focus on polishing titles more.
Remember when Ubisoft came on stage at one E3 and begged not the be bought by vivendi? Guess that was the right course 😂
Ubisoft needs to fail to set an example.
But...they said we shouldn't own games 😢
Why are they struggling 😔
🤣
I'd actually recommended some guys who trade stocks to look at. Ubisoft because I don't believe they're going to close but they are at a 10-year low
Ubisoft split twice for a total of 4x, last split was 2009. (Source: someone who sold their Ubisoft stock in 2020.)
Why do I have to be online to play Anno 2070. Oh yeah, because Ubisoft is run by idiots. It will be a pleasure to watch them fail.
Far cry 5 was huge in 2018 I believe
The fact that games like Pandora Tomorrow rot in a corner, having required the fans to get it working on PC and distributed, and games like Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter completely gone from stores, I wish someone would just kick ubisoft in their collective nuts and gank the Tom Clancy name while they’re down.
Tencent already owns 50% of ALL ENTERTAINMENT COMPANIES, MOVIES, MUSIC AND VIDEO GAMES!
Microsoft is one company that we open up be buying Ubisoft because they have a deal with EU regulators. Microsoft had to allow someone to have some control and say over call of duty from a third party aspect and Ubisoft was the ones that agreed to help make the decisions.
That was UK regulators and Ubisoft has full cloud gaming rights over ABK games, including new releases for 10-15 years.
