    I highly recommend that you connect the 2 videos removing the pod and also removing the bumper cover. That is what's necessary for this particular job

      We would but people tend to watch seperate videos. Thank you for the recommendation

    Thanks. You make it look simple enough, I'll give it a try. Separating out the bumper removal from the headlight change operation was a good decision. Though the bumper needs to come off, going through that first could have made it too long to view. Knowing that the end result is easy enough to achieve makes the bumper removal worth it.
    Sorry, but I can't go without one suggestion that might seem picky. That wedding ring is gorgeous but working around tight places and in some cases electrical components, you really should remove it for safety sake.

      Glad you found the video helpful. And thanks for the suggestion, Tony - I hadn't thought about that since I'm so used to wearing it everyday but definitely something to be more cognizant of and make sure to wear gloves/remove it for the next install. Appreciate you watching and commenting!

    Great video, thanks. Can you do a video on how to replace the low and high beams for the 2015-17 Hyundai sonata? It's a real pain to do that, especially the driver side. I installed LED bulbs but what a headache, so tiny space. It took me over 2 hours.

      Great suggestion! We don't work to often with headlights but removing the headlight is much easier. We're definitely open to it if a customer needs it. Thank you for watching!

    This videos sux because it doesn’t actually show you how to do the job. It skips the bumper removal. It also takes a long time to actually get started.
    This video has some good parts because it tells you what tools you need specifically. I like that part.

      Thank you for feedback. We do have the bumper removal on another video. The reason for it lacking details is the car was pretty bad. We did our best to explain with what we had to work with

    Any advice for a limited same generation with the ugly adaptive driving sensor. I’m going to be changing my headlights soon but I also want to change the grill but I can’t find much about what happens if you move or completely remove the adaptive driving sensor.

      More thank likely you will have lights show up on your dash. I personally haven’t had experience in completely removing a sensor. Sorry I couldn’t have been more help.

    Hey what’s the easiest way to change the low beam headlights on 2019 Hyundai Sonata there is barely any room to manuver

    • @ReveMoto
      @ReveMoto  2 года назад

      Hello Brandon. Yeah, the spacing is pretty tight. The best option would be to remove the headlight. You don't have to take off the whole bumper but you just loosen whichever side you are on to access the headlight bolts. We hope this helps, good luck!

    So I HAVE TO take the bumper off, in order to change my headlights?

    • @ReveMoto
      @ReveMoto  2 года назад +2

      Hello and not entirely. You do have to pop the bumper off near the fender to reach one bolt that is attaches the bumper bracket to the headlight. Once that is off, you can remove the headlight. So, technically the bumper would be still on the car. Thank you for watching and please subscribe, it helps us a ton!

    I changed my headlight and now the blinker blinks fast in the dash and doesn’t blink outside in the headlight. I have done some research and it could be caused by a bad ground. Please help thank you.

    • @ReveMoto
      @ReveMoto  Год назад

      Try seeing if everyone is plugged in correctly first. Sometimes you don’t have it clicked properly. Do that first before trying to do thee ground

    Can you do it with out the bumper or no?

    • @ReveMoto

      Hello and no, I don't think you do. If I recall, we removed the bumper to prep before this video. You should be able to do this with the bumper on. Thank you for watching!

I was hoping to find the screw adjustment for the horizontal beams .. the beams on my Sonata are either crossing or not lighting up front .. I get shadow in front of the car at night.

    Anything with Hyundai lamps is real PITA, zero space for large American hands. The driver side low beam is worst. I got a LOW BEAM HEADLIGHT warning both low beams out, not bulb issue some type of issue either with the harness where halogen 9005 plugs in or the halogen design could be something in actual bulb where it goes into it's base, I shook and twisted it after testing 13.3 volts on harness and light not burned out. Took minute but it started working again now working on driver side but no room to reach hand in so take lower bumper off by driver tire and pulling lamp out. Real pita. I think any light bulb should be able to be changed in middle of combat 20 seconds or less.. Stupid design that makes shop business. Ordered new LEDS because tired of having to change these yearly. Hopefully, will get driver lamp out tonight and working again on that side.
