I have moon in pisces in the 6th (part of a grand trine of water) and struggle with major depressive disorder and anxiety. My emotional and physical health are intrinsically linked. When my sleep is off or I'm just not taking care of myself physically, my depression gets worse; but then that starts making me take less good care of myself, and it's a vicious cycle. Same thing with my bedroom. It gets messy when I'm depressed, but then when it's messy I get more depressed. I was also in a miserable job for three years before it put me back in the hospital for depression. I can't work in a job I'm not fulfilled in. This video got it to a T.

Now, on my own I found that my moon and mercury are placed in my 5th house by near the end of the house almost in the 6th house. Either way, I know that working out, and being in a good head space helps me emotional. It is owning 2 horses and a mini pony, along with ducks and chickens and having a big organic garden. I actually do not work out AT ALL. I pick up manure everyday (except the two days a year I am sick) and hual my own hay bails, clean up the stall everyday, push the wheel barrow around, it's basically owning horses that does it. I try to rest my arms and upper body so it doesn't get too much bulkier, because it certainly could. My arms are nothing compared to my ab's, though. That is some crazy stuff. I will do an about me video this month or next and show around my mini farm and share a little about myself and my background and habits. I am also starting a vlog next year that will have a ton of information in it about organic gardening by the moon, crafts, fairy house construction, horses, nutrition, soap making and cosmetics, meditation, astrology and esoteric topics, so you will get a better sense of me in the future.if you can afford it and you have the room, get horses! They changed my life. I got my power back and they are my greatest friends.
