@gibb1991 Acela has tilting technology but it can't be used on some stretches of track because of FRA rules. The ACELA is slowed down because of alot of rules imposed by the FRA.
It wasn't entirely based on the TGV. From what I understand the Acela is based on the LRC, X2000(tilting), ICE and TGV(speed and reliability). The Acela is quite unreliable compared to other HSR sets, they're something like 45% heavier then other HSR locos and have been prone to cracking brake discs. They've also required higher maintenance then expected.
We Need a Train like the Pendolino on America's Railsystem, also the Pendolino has a Top Speed of 150 MP/H. Great for all the Twis and Turns on America's Rail Lines,Trains like this one Should be used in Area's were a new System can't be Built. How ever, all you to get those Pendolino's Running on America's Railroads is Rebuilt Track, new Signal System,Electrificantion and Remove the Gate Crossings!!!
@southpark222222222 there are some far more attractive, yet still very aerodynamic designs around - like the Siemens Velaro or Bombardier's new Zefiro 380
Can you ppl over at Alstom replace our f*cked up Fyra hi-speed trains? (Dutch guy over here, just go to Google to search for the cheapest, ugliest train in the world)
thanks for the high speed trains from poland🇵🇱🇵🇱
i love the introducion of alstom
quilaty of some of their trains:😡🗑️
quilaty of their vids:😀👍
Lovely train!
I think it's one of the potential candidates for Gen2 Acela sets.
Ah yes, the 4th Gen Pendolino (FS ETR 600/610, SBB RABe 503, PKP ED 250, Renfe S-114)
quite good but, in Alstom, they don't know that trains run on the left!

We need a Alston train to run America because the Amtrak and Metra are much slower than this train. Also, I like your videos. Keep up the good work!
The Amtrak Acela was built by Alstom, so you're fine.
magnifico...

Bad news: it looks too new

Alstom are the people behind the Amtrak Acela, which has similar tilting technology to the Pendolino.
Nice song! What song is this?
Nice train
Problably a generic theme
Back where I began. It says in the description but unfortunately this seems to be the only place on the internet where this song exists
Longer videos

If only Alstom would first fix those pesky Pendolinos here in Finland XD
