Its just sad that this guide doesnt talk much about san's vocal he is the lead vocalist for a reason he has one of the most beautiful and emotional voice in kpop that you can feel all of his emotion when he sings. him and jongho often harmonize and sing back to back to each other. Well, I understand tho because there is just so much to talk about him. and he is also the personification of humble and kindness. He is one of the most affectionate man ever that loves to receive and gives hugs,kisses and head pats. contradicting to what he is onstage its just show how amazing of a performer and actor he is.
IKR! Maybe because the video was not the most up to date one. It makes me sad and proud at the same time on how people perceive San's talent. He wasn't really known for his exceptionally beautiful voice or his dance technical ability (like people always say San is a good performance but technic wise he is still lacking). But i think right now, he is starting to get his well deserved recognition for being a good vocalist and excellent dancer / performer. He really shows that perseverance makes the impossible possible.
@@vinsmokesan5728 No you cant just say that he is lacking in techniques up to these day unless you are professional dancers. Many professional Dancers already confirmed that he has a great technique and very unique. as you can see that arguments wherein san is a great dancer but lacks in techniques is completely false. He knows what he's doing and even professional dancers aknowledge that. I think san before just lacks training and all because as you can see he already has insane body control and flexibility because of his blackbelt so to fuel that he just need a proper training to really let out the beast on him. And thats what happen when they sent to LA to train before.
@@phoebegracetorres2265 That's exactly what i'm saying. I said i was sad that people always say he is a good performer but not good dancer / lack technique while i really think its not true at all. He's trully all rounder.
In fact, I see that all the members have a very beautiful voice, Wooyoung, his voice is charming and emotional, and Yoosang also has the ability to make his voice deep and soft. Yunho. His voice is beautiful. San because he is the leader in singing. His voice is special and clear. Not all of the others have similar and similar voices, but Ateez has the difference, and the dance is considered to be the main dancer, a good singer, even rap. They are all in varying degrees, they are good performers, they use expressions accurately. If we look at San only, his expressions are at the top, but if you focus with everyone individually, they They all have great expressions and ideas in the end, really 8 make a 1 team really. It is not just a slogan, they complete each other, but they are perfect with each other

I'm honestly so happy with the way you talked about San, you don't know a lot about him, but you were spot on about his performances.
I really hope in the future when you get to know ATEEZ better you react to San's fancams, because they are just an experience itself, I've watched his fancams countless times and it's never boring, I honestly think I've watched every single one and more than once.
And besides him being great as an artist, he's also such a caring person. I really love that man you can just feel how genuine he is, it's some of the reasons why he's my ult bias.

The way you talk about san is spot on, he is by far the most versatile performer i've seen in kpop. Everytime he performs its like he's telling a story, the way he conveys his emotions is insane. Its sad this video doesn't focus on his vocals, as he's the LEAD vocalist of the group, he has such a great technique and its so stable, he has so much emotion in his voice
San's fancam on 'inception' it's absolutely beautiful the way that in one of them he literally start to crying.... boy is on another level about performing

5:02 there's a video of him explaining on what happen to that part of the songs and the way he understand the song and wanted to convey so we can feel more is so astounding. I mean there is so many astounding dancers in the whole kpop industry but what set san apart from them is he does not just dance he PERFORMS.
I loved your take on San so much! He really loses himself in the performance and it's always so amazing to watch. It makes the performance 10 times better

The way you talked about San OMG! you described his performance perfectly💜 he is such an amazing performer and dancer, but one aspect this guide doesn't include is that he is an amazing vocalist, in fact, he is the lead vocalist of the group!
About performance, he always says he pays so much attention to the lyrics of songs and I think it shows when you watch him deliver the whole story of a song in a 3-minute performance.

San really is an amazing performer.....he's THE best in 4th gen or atleast one of THE best istg and believe me, i stan LOTS of groups
So to talk a little bit more abt san's performing skills. As he's become one if not my fav performer in kpop. In Kpop usually idols worry a lot about their image or visuals on stage, as that's pretty important for them, but ateez have said before they don't care about that, they don't care if they make "weird" or "ugly" faces performing (professionals praise them for that, but they receive a lot of hate constantly from other kpop stans, and they have seen that) bc they have said they want to make their audience feel something, they want to express their emotions on stage through their performance, their facial expressions, so they're pretty amazing at that, specially san. As i said, ALL the members have an outstanding stage presence, none of them is lacking, but i want to focus in san.
Once you have known most of their songs you can watch san's fancams on your own, is a such a experience to watch him perform.
Even tho all his fancams are AMAZING here are some recommendations:
-Hala hala: San is usually called a demon on stage, and it all started bc of this fancam particularly, as you have seen, he transforms in that stage, its like he gets out his inner devil self, he goes all out, he turns his eyes, that devilish smirk.
Inception: well as you saw in the video, you can read the lyrics of the song again and understand a little bit more, san has actually given an explanation on a live about his expressions during this song, he really went through the lyrics carefully to understand the meaning and give an amazing interpretation of it.
Thanxx & The Real: These ones are one of my personal favorites, he is SO versatile with his expressions in this one, kinda cocky, playful, its like he's in his own little world, such rich expressions here.
Eternal Sunshine: This is more of a cute song, so its really a contrast from hala hala or wonderland, that are more dark. It REALLY shows how versatile he is. In this one he shows his cute side, playful side, he's just feeling himself.
Fireworks: its also a powerful one, kinda sexy but dark. During the chorus he gives such devilish expressions, i was in awe the whole time.
Wolf in their kingdom performance: Also another one of my favorites. They performed wolf from exo. And san REALLY interpreted his character as a wolf SO well, he was wild, he had that penetrating and hauntingly aura that wolves have. He really owned that stage, it was incredible.

Sans position in the group is actually lead vocalist but a lot of people didn’t really know his actual position because he started off as just a vocalist and because of his stage presence and performance skills he was mistaken as a main dancer but he’s actually lead vocalist and a lot of people didn’t know until he introduced himself as lead vocalist last year his voice is so beautiful and emotional he has such a wide range to and he harmonises ALOT in ateez songs, I wish more people talked about it although he has been getting more vocal appreciation lately I feel like people still don’t recognise him as lead vocalist because of his performance skills:( but thank you for your comments about him!!! he is indeed a stage genius and one of the best performers I’ve ever seen and not just in kpop,he has a lot of rookies that have named him as a role model and his sunbaes(seniors) really love him to and talk about how good he is. He has worked SO HARD to be where he is now he went from having no rhythm to being recognised as one of the best performers and I admire him so much for that.

San is no doubt the best performer of 4th gen. He is just on another level of greatness. 10 years in kpop And i never see an idol like him that fully immersed himself to the songs he literally became one with the song he's performing.
Like honestly speaking ateez have the best bsides of all other groups I have heard.You should definitely react to all their bsides otherwise you will be missing out😁.

I wish this guide had shown off San's vocals as well, it's kinda weird that it didn't since he's considered ateez's best vocalist after Jongho. But anyway, I love the way you talked about him in this reaction because I agree 100%! He's truly one of a kind in this industry and no one can change my mind about that. Also it wasn't mentioned here but Wooyoung and San have matching tattoos of their phrase 'Amicus Ad Aras', it's such a cute reminder of their close bond :')

What's funny is that San and Wooyoung's friendship started pretty badly 😂 Before their debut, San didn't like Wooyoung's behavior at all and wanted nothing to do with him. He also formed a trio with Mingi and Yunho. On the other hand, for Wooyoung, it was the complete opposite, he had a sort of big “boy crush” on San. He was stuck with him a lot and wanted to communicate with him, which San, at first, didn't particularly like. It was only after a while that he slowly began to communicate with Wooyoung. He even started to like the affection Woo had for him, becoming affectionnate as well, which is how they developed such an incredible bond. Now, they even have a matching tattoo and bracelet. Wooyoung even gave him his necklace. I honestly think they have one of the best friendships in Kpop! It's always the one that had a bad start that end up being the closest.
