I bought one last year after Christmas and we are putting it together tonight hence how I come across your video. Anyway one of the roof pieces was broken so Had to ice it back together but the icing is so dang hard to get to come out I kneeded it for like 45 mins and then put it in hot water for a little bit and still wasn't any better granted mine could be bc its a year old but it made the side of the icing bag bust so had globs coming out. My daughter is enjoying making it. I did buy a diff house tonight to do also that is called high-end gingerbread house at Walmart it was still only $10 but it comes with mold so the house has something to prop up against and the roof does and it won't fall in on u. You should def check that kind out.
