    I have got to try to make this! WOW! I never realized the tang in the sauce was vinegar! Yum. Make okonomiyaki! I love making & eating that! Oh I see you made that already! I only watched 3 eps so far..
    I go to watch that now😂

    I was sceptic at first, but i acutally tried this recipe, it acutally went well. My only mistake was I didnt get them thin and large enough for a scoop of meat, but that's my lack of experience. I think practice makes perfect at this point. Thanks for sharing this with us. *thumbs up* i can't believe i missed this for a year.

      @@ChefSaito Spent lots of time in Harajuku eating Gyoza with ice cold beer. What I don't know how to make is the miso cuccumbers and the pickled cabbage they made to accompany the gyoza. Do you know how?

      Interesting... was it a miso dip? just raw cucumber? Also how deeply pickled was the cabbage? did it have Sesame oil?
