SOLIDWORKS to Simulink Simscape

This is the first of a series on how to create SimScape MultiBody (formerly known as SimMechanics) models from SolidWorks solid models. In this video the process of installing the MathWorkds add-in that allows the connection. A simple example is provided that walks you through creation of a SolidWorks model that is subsequently ported to SimScape and its dynamic response to an initial condition is simulated.
